プレッシャーに感じないそんなハートが私も欲しいです。

少し、元気になったようで何よりです(^o^)
錦織くんを応援し始めたのは、テニスがきっかけだけど
今はそういうの抜きでも、応援したい気分。
錦織くんには、そう思わせるものがある
だから、テニスで早くいい結果を早く出さなきゃとか、プレッシャーは感じる必要はないよ。
好きな音楽の話とか、アメリカのビーチにドライブにいったとか、そういう話をするのも気が紛れて、いいかもしれないですね。
今は、昔と違って、日本とアメリカ離れていても、こういうインターネットを介していつでもお話しができますから。
気が向いたらここを使って、気分転換すればいいと思います。

結局、君は我々の誰よりも強い心をもう持ってるんだと思う。頼もしい！

なんか読んでて、去年テニスの解説の人とかが、錦織選手は飄々としてるとか、マイペースだとか、プレッシャーをプレッシャーと感じないとか（←怒らないでね）言ってたのが、そおかなぁ、顔に出ないだけじゃない？って思ってたけど、今わかった。その通りだ。
ようは立ち直りが早く、テニスだけじゃなく、同じことをするのも考えるのも、嫌いなんだ。
常々テニス選手って、頭の回転が速いと思っていました。いろんな情報を的確に処理して、的確に攻める、またその引き出しの多いこと。だからなのか、人より短い時間で、回復できてる気がする。
　　　長々と失礼しました。
少し前向きなコメントが読めて、ほっとしました。

２００７年のプロ入りのころには、確か、「あまり注目しないで」とかいってなかったっけ。

食事や人は日本が居心地良くても、今は、日本だと、常に、注目されちゃうからね。
食事にいっても、レストランが錦織応援会みたいになっちゃうこともあるみたいだし　笑
もちろん、それはうれしいことなんだろうけど、他方でどこか緊張するというのもよくわかる。
ＡＴＰの公式でも記事にされていたくらいだし。
他方、今回日本に帰りたくなった気持ちもよくわかる気がします。

前回の記事も含め、なんとなくいろいろ想像通りだし、錦織君が本当に正直にファンに話してくれていることがよくわかる前回と今回のブログでした。

自然に自分の中で整理されてくるわけだし。
時には、「何とかなるさ！」って気持ちを楽にしてね。

『男の料理』はいかが？レシピはネットで検索できるし
つくり過ぎても食べてくれる人はいるでしょうし・・・
日本食も簡単に作れるものもあるし、少し味を変えるだけで
雰囲気もかわるし、そして、ここに報告してよぅ･･･なんてね。

人間、出力ばかりしていられる訳じゃない。
入力時間は絶対必要…いろいろ考えたり、今がその時なんだろうなぁ。
でも、応援で元気が出るなら

時間ができて考えてしまうってよくわかります。

「沿道の人たちの声に背中を押されて楽しく走れた」と言います。
９２年バルセロナ五輪マラソン銀の有森選手も
スペイン語のanimo!（がんばれ）がアリモーだと勘違いして、
現地の人が自分の応援をしているという思い込みで走り続けたそうです。
プレッシャーと後押しとは紙一重なのかもしれません。
だから「良くわからない」のかも。

石の調達方法も配置も渡る速度も、悩みながら時間をかけてしっかり計算して・・・
そして、自分の中でGOサインが出たら・・・一気に走りきる！！！

私は圭くんのテニスが大好きです！！
愚痴もたまにはいいじゃないですか＾＾
逆にファンはだいたい皆、そんな圭くんの素直な気持ちを
教えてくれたことに喜んでますからね～ｗ

私も、怪我というか体の中の不調で、あちこちに痛みがでて
大変な時期がありました。それでもテニスがしたくてしたくて。
調子がよい時にエントリーした試合直前、また痛みがすごくなって、
泣きながらケアしていた記憶は今でも忘れられません。
でも、コートにいるだけがテニスをすることではないし、
ボールが打てない時は、戦術の勉強したり栄養の勉強したり、
メンタル向上の本を読んだり、周りの人がしてないことをして
過ごし、打てる時は集中して練習するように頑張ってました。
何も、コートでする練習だけが強くなるわけじゃないし、逆に
そういった時期を我慢して過ごしたことで、弱かった私が
今は随分強くなったし（メンタル含め）、成長したと思っていて、
私には必要な大事な数年間だったと思っています。

多少まわり道？と思えることでもいいじゃないですか。
最終的に、数年後圭くんがトップクラスにいれば♪♪♪
あなたには応援してくれるスタッフも沢山いるし、ファンは
もっとた～くさんいます。何も不安に思うことはないです。
陰ながらだけど、皆が後ろから、圭くんが倒れないように
しっかり笑顔で支えてますよ(^0^)/

そうそう、ちょっと落ち込んだ時に笑顔を作るのは◎ですね！
それでもだめなら、いつも笑顔の人の近くにいること！
そのプラス思考の波動が移りますから♪
あとは、「ありがとう」をいっぱいい~っぱい言ってると、
いい事があるっていいますよ☆よかったら、やってみて下さいね♪

圭君、ウインブルドン見てても、いつも頭のどっかに圭君のことがあります。デルポトロに比較的小柄でしかも腰の手術あけのヒューイットが、勝つのをみれば圭君に重ねて応援していたり、伊達選手の試合をみても、攻撃的で華があるところが圭君にそっくりと思ったりして。chacha

正直な圭くんの気持ちが伝わってくるブログ、応援してるものとしては
とても嬉しく思っています。
　
一時期、私も「いつ治るかわからない」という不安を抱きながら
過ごしていた時期があります。
最初の頃は先がまったく見えず、一人で途方にくれていましたが
今、思えば　あの時の辛さに比べれば今の辛さなんて
どーってことないやっ！て思えて頑張れる事が何回もありました。
辛い時でも何か「イイこと」があるはずと考えるようになりました。
普通の健康な人からしてみれば　たいした事ではないようなことでも
新鮮に感じたりしたものです。

いまいち　やる気がおきない時は　そーゆー時なんだとわりきって
あまり無理しないで下さい。
きっと肘が治ってプレー出来るようになったら
これまで以上にプレーが出来る幸せを感じれる事が出来るんでは
ないでしょうか。
ちなみに私は療養中、それまで観れなかったDVD、買っておいて
読んでなかった本、後はテレビとゲーム、友達との電話で時間を使って
いました。

病気がとりあえず治ってからは　あの辛い時期があって良かったなと
今では思ってるぐらいです。
圭くんも　そう思えるようになればと思っています。

長年のテニスファンとして圭くんの出現は凄く大きなことでした。
無理かなとは思いますがプレッシャーなんてはねのけて
圭くんの思う様に進んでいってくれればいいなと思っています。

正直に気持ちを書くとはこうゆうことなのかと、感心しました！

ジュニアの頃遠征を共にさせてもらった者です笑
今日久しぶりにブログを拝見させてもらっています！今でもみんなで撮ったワールドジュニアの写真やヨーロッパの時の写真を見て懐かしく思う事があります。小さい頃からトップを走り続けてきた中で怪我もあり心も疲れちゃう事ってありますよね～でもこうしてコートに立てる喜びを感じられるのは選手として続けてこられたからこそ得られるものかな～って思う事が多々あります。大半の選手が夢とするグランドスラムという場所で立派に戦っている圭くんの姿は本当に凄いなと思うし、圭くんならきっと乗り越えられると思うので頑張ってほしいです(^0^)/私も早く追いつきたいな～

前回の悩みを整理した新しいメッセージ有り難うございます。圭君からのメッセージも我々ファンに喜びを与えてくれます。前回もお伝えしましたが「笑顔笑顔」の気持で何時も前向きに進んで下さい。
これは個人的な感想ですが、圭君には苦い思い出かもしれないサンノゼ大会対ロディックとの試合。彼が圭君を睨み付けたりサーブでのクレームをつけたり年下のしかも自分よりはるか下のランキング選手にあのような行為をし更にブログにまで紹介する彼を見て彼が何故世界一になれないか良く分かった気がしました。勝利の女神はやはり普段から努力を惜しまず前向きに取り組んでいる人に笑顔を与えるのではないかと！！松岡修造さんがウインブルドンでベスト８になった時彼が苦しい時怪我をした時も何時も努力しガンバッテいる姿に勝利の女神が微笑んだのかなともう随分昔のことですが感じたことがありました。怪我の状態不安でしょうが明るい笑顔でこの苦しい時を乗りきってあの素晴らしいＡｉｒＫＥＩで世界の桧舞台に再び旋風を巻起こしＮＯ１に！！焦らずにね。　Ｓ．Ａ

私も学校のテストのとき消しゴムを忘れてしまいかなりのプレッシャーを感じながら（１字も間違ってはいけない）受けました。

しかしテストが終わるととても開放感に満たされほっとしました。

”プレッシャー”これは生物である以上切っても切れません
ただ付き合い方によっては自分にいい影響及ぼすことがわかりました。

なのでうまくプレッシャーと付き合って自分をコントロールしてくれる
よう願っています。

少しずつ元気が出てきたようで安心しました。
日本もだんだん暑くなってきましたよ。
暑さ・熱さ？に負けないでお互いに頑張りましょう。

今回のコメントを拝読して思いました。
圭くんは自分のことを客観的に分析する力を持っているのですね。
考えてみればテニスの試合にも現れていると思います。冷静にコート全体を観て、試合の流れをみてプレーをチョイスできる判断力が本当に高いですもんね。
若いのに人間力高い!!すごいなぁ(＃^.^＃)

プレッシャーは相当両肩にのしかかっていることだと思いますよ。
日本男子テニス界に久しぶりに現れた期待の星だし、年齢的な部分もあるし･････日本ではトップスターですもんね☆
今回の怪我で「最年少記録」なんてものからは解放される･･･？かもしれませんね。圭くんや周りのスタッフの方々は長いビジョンで先を見据えたプランをお持ちみたいなので、日本から離れてテニスに集中できる環境は、圭くんにとって本当に大切なものなのではないですか？
海外でプレーする時と、日本国内の大会でプレーする時とではやはり違いますよね？圭くん自身でも日本テニス界を背負って立っている思いはあると思うし、潜在的なプレッシャーはあって当たり前だと思います。
だから、圭くんなりに上手にプレッシャーとお付き合いしていける方法を見つけていって欲しいです。

自分に負けないコツは「自分がささやく甘い言葉に耳を貸さないこと」だと教えてもらったことがあります。私にとっては大ヒット(ノ゜O゜)ノだったのですが･････どうですか？
「ちょっとくらい･････」というささやきに何度負けたことか f^_^;
自分の限界は自分自身で作り出すもの!!なんですよね。
私も肝に銘じてがんばります（ほどほどに(^^ゞ）

私も言葉の分からない国に住んだことがので、KEI君のように圧倒的な孤独に直面したことがあります。息ができないような、苦しさはあったけど同時にこんなに自分と向き合う時間があるなんて幸せなのかも、と思いました。　つまり、何を言いたいのかというと、そういう孤独に打ち勝った人なんだから、大丈夫。

怪我をしてしまたのは本当に残念でかける言葉すらないけど、時間ができたとポジに捉え、本を読んだり友達とくっちゃべたりして楽しめばいいのです。ブルーになる気持ちもよ～く分かりますが、１９よ、まだ。焦り禁物。デカイ器の人間になるチャーンスなので、これまでできなかった事をなんでもやってみてください。

いろいろな刺激を与えてくれる人との出会いがありますように。

ブログ更新楽しみにしています。
しばらくすれば浮遊感から抜け出せると思います。

錦織君はじめまして。初めて圭君を見たのがデルレイのときでした。なんとなくつけてたテレビの中で見たあのプレーは衝撃的でした。私も仕事でアジアに来たりするので遠征のきつさは筆舌につくしがたいのではないでしょうか。今タイのチェンマイからのエールです。圭君に教えられたのはどんな時でもあきらめないということでした。いつも応援しています。

圭君はじめまして。去年の日本でのケンドリックとの試合見に行きました。今回のブログは説明し辛いところをそのまま書いていて色々な思いや葛藤が伝わる内容だったと思います。ちょっと分析的でごめんなさい。はっきりしないことを表現できるのっていいなと、私も気づかされたと言いたかったので。
私は趣味のテニスですけど怪我でできないこともあります。月数回のうち怪我で一回できないだけでも結構落ち込みます。なので圭君は何倍も辛いだろうなと想像しています。テニスを知ってる人は分る気持ちだと思うので、色々な期待を背負っていたり、あせり等あるかもしれませんが、今は自分だけに集中して頑張って下さいね。家族みんなで応援してます。

約一ヶ月前に、軟式テニスの市総体がありました！！
結果は、県体には出場できず敗退・・・。
二年間、テニスに打ち込んできたのでテニスが出来ない日々がとてもツライです。
まあ、高校受験が終わるまで我慢ですね　　汗
中学には、軟式しかないので高校に行ったら硬式テニスをしたいです！
