さて、疲労骨折の方は治ったということでひとまずは安心しました。
肉体的にはもちろん精神的にも辛く苦しい時期が続いていますが、これを完全に乗り越えた時には、一回りも二回りも強く・逞しくなったなった錦織圭が誕生していることと思います！
そのためにも厳しいリハビリとトレーニング、頑張って下さいね。

そんな生活の中、“今一番の楽しみ”があったらぜひ教えて下さ～い！

ガスケ選手も復帰できるらしく、次の大会が楽しみです。次は圭君、あなたの番です。といっても、あせらずに。

マスコミもうるさいとは思いますが、なるべくいろんな所へ行って、おいしいものを食べてってください。

お母様の手料理で一番好きなものは何ですか？

順調に回復されているようで何よりです♪

すごくどうでもいい質問なんですが…

テニス選手って常にいろんな国に遠征してるっていうイメージなので
どのタイミングで髪を切ってるんだろう…っていうのが謎です（；・∀・）

欧米人は柔らかいクセっ毛を切りなれてるので
ちょっと髪質の違う日本人を切ると微妙な髪型にされてしまう
…とかいう話をチラホラと耳にしたことがあるのです。
モミアゲをガッツリ切られそうになったりとか。

日本で普通にカットしてもらっても
頼んだ以上に切られてしまったりとかしますよね（；´Д｀）
国によって流行りの髪形とかもあるでしょうし。
そのへん、遠征の多いテニス選手たちはどうしてるんだろう…って。
地元に戻ったタイミングで馴染みの店に行ってるとか
たまには遠征先でフラリと知らない店に入って冒険してみるとか
ど、どんな感じなんでしょう？？？

焦りやプレッシャーもあるかもしれませんが、自分の体のことですから錦織選手が納得いくようにしてくださいね。

圭君を応援するファンサイトで、
「錦織選手と行くならどんなところへ行ってみたいか？」と
いう投票のようなものが以前あったのですが、圭君自身
日本でここに行ってみたい！と言うような場所はありますか？
ちなみに、私は圭君と某ネズミーランドに行ってみたいです！！
（って、聞かれてないのに勝手に答えました）

ブログの更新有り難うございます。いやー帰国されていたとは知りませんでしたが未だ痛みが残っているのは心配です。日本のお医者さんにしっかり診察して貰い不安が全く無くなってから第一線に復帰して下さい。焦りは禁物です。来年の全豪からでも遅くはありません。今年一年は我慢の年位の気持で一番大事な基礎体力の更なるパワーアップを図るトレーニングを積み重ねてください。４～５時間の試合でもビクともしない強靭な体力を！！試合中に体力不安を感じると勝てる試合も消極的になります。折角帰国されたのでスイッチを上手くＯＮ／ＯＦＦをしながら世界一になる夢の実現に向けて過ごして下さい。応援していますＳ．Ａ

ブログネタに困っているようですが、錦織選手自身が日本でたった一つの貴重なコンテンツです。むしろネタの宝庫だと思いますよ。
錦織選手しか知らない、体験したことがない世界がたくさんあると思います。

例えば、書ける範囲で、ツアーを回ったときの裏話などを書くとか。
ロッカールームで選手たちはどんな感じで過ごしているのかとか。
ツアーで訪れた町のこととか。この国の人はこんな感じとか。
日本とアメリカの習慣の違いとかも知りたいです。

まずは手始めに、IMGアカデミーの他の選手の紹介はいかがでしょうか。
特に将来有望なジュニア選手のことなど知りたいです。
あとはこの選手のこの部分がすごい！とか。

テニスのことでは、錦織選手のフォアはすごく握りが厚いように見えますが、あのグリップでどうやったらあんなに厚い当たりができるのか、コツとか教えてほしいです。真似しても全然うまくいきません。
雑誌に「今年からパワーグリップにすることでサーブのパワーが増した」と書いてありましたが、パワーグリップってどんな握り方なのかも教えてほしいです。

要望が多すぎてすいません。いくらかはネタ提供になっていれば幸いです。

肘の痛みがまだあるという事で、すっきりしない心境だとは察しますが、地道にトレーニングに励んでいる姿は、本当に立派だと思います。
いつか遠くない未来に、きっと報われる日が来ると思います。
さて、質問なのですが、圭君が、子供の頃、それこそテニスを始めだした時、何故テニスにはまったのか、何故テニスを続ける事が出来たのか、是非、感覚的な話でもいいので聞かせてもらえると嬉しいです。

初めてブログを拝見させていただきました。
サンディエゴに住んでいます。
私はテニス経験がないのですが、8歳の息子が2年前から
テニスを始め、息子のレッスンについていき
一緒に勉強しています。
質問です。1ヶ月ほどまえにコーチからすすめられたラケットを
購入しました。フォアハンドのときにスラッピングの癖が
あるから重めのものがいいと言われ、コーチに言われるままに
購入したのですが、2週間前から新しいコーチにかわり、
そのコーチからはラケットが大きすぎるといわれました。
現在のコーチを信じているので、そのコーチのアドバイスを
聞こうと思っているのですが、ラケットを選ぶ際に気をつけること
などあれば教えていただけないでしょうか？

やっとこさテニス歴が3ヶ月となりました。初めの頃はふくらはぎがよくつって、ラケットを杖代わりにして筋肉を伸ばしたりして大変でした。でも最近はほとんどつらなくなってきました。ちょっとはきたえられてるんですかね～。
苦しい中気持ちも前向きにリハビリ・トレーニング頑張っているな～と思います。前向きなのは錦織大先輩（もちろんテニスで）のイイトコですね。見習います！！
ブログは、嬉しかったこと、楽しかったこと、悔しかったことなど書いてくれれば気持ちがシェアできるようで嬉しいです。これと言った質問は．．．．．いまのところ特にありません。ゴメンナサイ（笑）

日本帰省お帰りなさい！
疲労骨折が治ったのに痛みがあるということは、
おそらく靭帯を少し痛めてるのだろうと思います。
治り難い部分の靭帯は数ヶ月痛みが続きますので。。
しかもなかなかレントゲンやＭＲＩには写りにくいですし。。
やっぱり今は安静に我慢ですね！
成長途中の錦織選手は治るのも早いはずですし！

あと２ヶ月で全米オープンが開幕します。去年の全米オープンみたいな輝いた姿みたいです。
現在カナダに住んでいて８月に開催されるロジャースカップを見に行きます。

骨折は治っていると診断されたけれど、痛みがまだあるので、日本で
また診てもらう、との事。周りに流されずに、ちゃんと意思を通せているようで、それも安心しました。

松江、島根といえば美味しいものが盛りだくさんですが、中でも出雲そばはすごく有名ですよね～。わたしはそばが大好きで、前に出雲大社で食べた時は、美味しすぎてびっくりしました！本物のそばを生まれて始めて食べた！という感じでした。圭君はそばは好きですか～？（若い子はそうでもないかな、、？）圭君の知っている穴場のおそば屋さんとかありますか！？それとも、そちらではどのお店で食べても美味しいのかな～？

先日久しぶりにシングルスの草大会に参加しました。私はバック型なのか?昔からフォアハンドの方が苦手なのですが、最近練習ではかなり良くなってきていたので、ちょっぴり期待して挑んだのですが、苦手意識なのか･････やっぱりフォアハンドストロークでポイントを取り切るようなプレーはできませんでした。
圭くんのフォアハンドは永遠の憧れです!!
でも、強風と暑さの中1set×6試合闘い、自分自身とよく向き合えました。自分に足りないものがよ～～く解ったので、はやくNWD-W202買いに行ってきます(^^ゞ

ネタかぁ・・・。うーん。私もブログ書くとき、いつも悩んでしまうんですよね。「その日自分が体験し感じたことがある」ことと「書けることがある」ことって実は違う気がするんです。読者の目も気にしつつ？笑　それがコミュニケーション、って言うんでしょうね。

さて、そんな私からのネタですが、
座右の銘やポリシーなど、普段御自分で特に心に留めているものがあればぜひ伺いたいです;)

ファンとして１番知りたいことは、
６月に行った日本での再検査の結果がどうだったか、
７月のニューヨークの検査で骨折が治ったということはわかりましたが、痛みの原因についてどういう診断だったのか（アメリカでは複数の医師に意見を聞いていたんでしたっけ）、日本に帰国しての検査の結果、どこが問題と診断され、その治療期間としてどのくらいかかりそうか、ということです。
骨折でないとすれば、骨折以前に問題とされていたエルボーの問題なのでしょうか？
おそらく、テニスファンの１番の関心はそこにある（錦織選手のテニスがいつみられるのかが最大の関心事）と思うし、みんな心配していると思います。
それぞれの診断で、現在原因不明ということであれば、それでもＯＫ。
長期間かかりそうということであれば、それもＯＫ。
状況がわからないと、ファンもうっかり、全米頑張ってくださいとか、ジャパンオープン楽しみにしていますともいえません。

ブログの更新の問題とは別に、公式ホームページでもありますから、「kei’s News」の項目でもいいから、スタッフなどから、心配しているファンに対して、何らかの情報発信があってもいいのではないでしょうか。
ほかのスポーツ、例えば、大リーグ選手がＭＲＩを取ったり検査をしたときには、たいてい検査の翌日にファンに情報発信されていますよ。

骨折に関しては治ったということできちんとご報告がありました。
しかし長引く痛みの方に関しては医者の方もいつ治るのかははっきりと分からないのでしょう。
ご本人も「まだいつ治るかは分かりません」とおしゃってますし、そういう先の見えない不安の中、頑張ってリハビリやトレーニングをしているのですから、そんな状況下で詳細な説明報告を求めたり、いつ頃治るのかなどを問う必要はないと思います。
こちらの「知りたい」という欲求だけで、まだ復帰のめどが立っていない選手に不必要なプレッシャーはかけたくないものです。

毎日ここにきてました。NYに行くって言ってから、結果の報告が、なかったので心配してました。ネタね・・・伊達公子さんのブログみたいに毎日の体調、トレーニング、友達との楽しかったこと、おいしかった食事のこととかを写真入りでつずってくれたら楽しいけど・・・特別なことじゃなくていいんです・・・

ちょうど今は手塚部長が痛めた左ひじをかばって試合をし、ついに
肩も痛めてしまいドイツのリハビリ施設に旅立つところなんです。
なんかKeiくんとダブってしまって涙、涙です(T_T)

質問ですが、際どいポイントを決めたときとか、よく皆自分を励ますような掛け声をだしますが、たとえばヒューイットは”カモ～ン！”とか、ナダルは”ヴァモス！”とかロブレドは”ウォーシュッ！（と聞こえる）”とか・・・錦織さんはどんな掛け声を出すのですか？私は最近”ヨイショッ！”といいながら試合中のラリーを続けていることに気づきなんか地味で情けなかったです。

質問です。圭くんは凄いなと思ったり、参考にしてたりと注目してる
女子選手はいますか？
私は以前はヒンギスが好きでしたが試合で観ることがなくなってから
女子の試合はいまいち自分の中で盛り上がらず、、、。
男子の試合の方が断然、面白いと思っていますが
最近はスワレスナバロ、復活してきたドキッチを楽しみにしています。
後、男子選手の試合以外でのエピソードなど聞けたら
嬉しいなーと思っています。

お帰りなさい！！やっぱり帰って来てたんですね！私が習っているコーチがナショナルトレーニングセンターで「見かけたよ！」って言ってたので…疲労骨折も治ったという事で良かったです。下半身強化のトレーニングってどんなことするんですか？私もちょっと前に左右に体重移動しながらのスクワットという珍しい（体の軸を意識する）トレーニングをちょっとだけやったんですが筋肉痛が数日続いて辛かったです…

ニュースで全米欠場を知って来てみましたが、
ここまで追い詰められてるなんて知りませんでした。
いまは良い方向にいってるみたいですね。良かったです。

同じことをコメされた方もおられると思いますが、
辛い時期は根っこを伸ばす時期です。
いまのうちに人の目に見えない部分を精一杯成長させて、
いざという時に大きく花が開くようにしておくんです。

まだ若いんですから、いま何をすべきなのかを
明確にして、いまを楽しんでフェデラーやナダルに
負けないようにがんばってくださいね。

その向こうには、心配しつつ、応援し、あなたのスポンサーの製品を買って応援したりしているファンがいます。
あなたの勧めるスポンサー製品を購入しつつ、毎日ここにきて、心配して検査の結果の発表がないかチェックしていた人もたくさんいたはずです。
率直に言って、周囲の状況も含め、ここのところの試合に対する状況（集中力等）、この間の治療やリハビリの課程も含め、いろいろなことがプロフェッショナルに動いているように見えないことが気がかりです。
病状報告や公式の情報発信、治療の過程も含め、「気分」次第で、いろいろなことが動いている気がして、それにファンも振り回されている感じがします。
安定・冷静・計画的な対処、周囲のスタッフとの連携をとったいろいろな面でのプロフェッショナルな対応が見えてこない。
コーチ、トレーナーはじめ、周りのスタッフもついていけているのでしょうか？
錦織選手を応援しているがゆえに、ここのところの状況が心配です。
肘自体は、今年一杯休んでも全然大丈夫くらいの感覚でみています（大きな損傷などであれば、ＭＲＩなどにも現れるでしょうから、時間をかければ治る問題ではないかと思っています。）。
ただ、この機会に、２度とこのようなことがおきないための体制（周囲のスタッフと信頼関係を構築すること、これまでの問題点を検証すること、怪我が生じたときに集中力を乱さず冷静にそれを受け入れ地道に前に進むこと、等）を築くことは、それ以上に大事ではないか、と思っています。
今の男子テニスは、怪我をしないだけでものすごいアドバンテージとなるような状況ですから。
逆に、同じことを繰り返しているようだと、どんなに才能があつても、それだけでチャンスがなくなってしまいますよ。
肘よりそっちの方が不安ですね。

そのようなご意見は選手のblogよりも、選手を管理するマネージメント会社(ＩＭＧ）にされてみてはいかがでしょうか。

厳しい状況下に置いても前向きに頑張っている錦織選手には頭が下がります。

テニスの事何もしらない３７歳の男です。
１０歳になる子供が、最近テニスを始めて
がんばってます。まだまだ見てられないレベルですが、
あなたにあこがれてがんばってます。
日本人でこんなにがんばってる錦織さんがいる事自体
が日本の誇りだと感じています。まだまだ若いので
チャンスはいくらでもあると思います。とにかく今は
周りの人やファンの人無視してでもゆっくり一人になる
時間をつくってもう一度自分の目標を見つめなおすいい
機会だと思うので、怪我もテニスも忘れる努力をして
この際、精神を鍛える事に集中して今まで出来なかった
事をしてほしい！　遊びも大切　あなたはまだまだやれる
テニスがこんなにすばらしいスポーツだと教えてくれたの
は、あなただから！　今は、若いあたなに神様がくれた
休息ですよ、怪我が感知するまで遊びまくっちゃえ！
（できるトレーニングはしないとだめだけどねｗ）

ＩＭＧ側も、リハビリ中に疲労骨折などの事態がおきたこと、これまでの診断で出ていた治療期間が誤っていることが多かったことを、率直に反省して、プロフェッショナルとして、どこが間違っていたか検証すべきでしょうね。
数値で表れていなくても、痛みがあるということは、それなりの原因があるはず。これまでも、痛みを訴えているのに強行出場して事態は悪い方に回っているはずです。
焦らせることなく、じっくりリハビリや治療に取り組める環境作りをする必要があるのでは？
そういった腹をわった率直な話し合いをする必要があるという気がします。
ファンの多くは、痛みがあるのに全米に強行出場とか望んでいないですよ。
それから、スポンサーの関係では、ここで応援しているファンの多くがWOWOWの優良固定客であることもお忘れなく。下手なプレッシャーのかけ方は、逆効果ですよ。

この蒸し暑い中、毎日厳しいトレーニングやリハビリでクタクタでしょうね。
今は余計なことに気を使ったり悩まされることなく、肘の方を治すことに専念してくれればと思います。

昨日、私はUSTAのシングルスのplayoffでシングルスを始めてから、初めてのボロ負けをしました。

試合中にストロークを打つのが怖いと思ったことも、コートから去りたいと思ったことも、どう戦っていいのかわからなくなってしまったことも初めてです・・・。
絶対に試合中に自分から気持ちで負けたことがなかったのに。

今日はラケットを持っていません。
今はストロークを打つのが怖いです・・・。
あんなに自分のストロークが好きだったのに・・・私はどうにスイングしていたのだろう・・・そんな基本的なことから訳がわからなくなってしまいました・・・。まさか自分があんな負け方をするなんて・・・。

ここのところ、ずっと、インターネットしてもあんまり見る物もないし、ってそんなに接続してなかったんですけど、こんなうれしいページが出来てたなんて！
去年のシーズンの終わりごろ、実はあの頃から、自分も調子悪かったです。自分が調子悪くっても、圭君が調子よければ機嫌良かったんですけど。
　でも、圭君大変なんだなぁ、って思うと、一人じゃない気もするんです。圭君なんて、すごくいっぱいの人の期待を背負って、それで自分のしたいテニスがうまくいかなくって、辛いだろうなって思うと、自分がうまくいってないので落ち込んでいる時は、圭君も大変なんだから、問題は違っても、なんだか一緒に苦労してる気になって、圭君と一緒にがんばろう！　って、圭君が復帰できる頃には、自分も何とかやれるようになろう！　って感じです。
　きっと、良くなります、ってあたりまえですけど、一介の市民といっしょくたにして悪いですけど、私もがんばります。圭君も大変ですけど、乗り切ってまた素敵なプレー見せてください。

今年の開幕戦、まわりも錦織選手も期待でいっぱいだったと思います。まさかこんなことになるとは、一番がっかりしているのは錦織選手だと思います。でもこの期間は『しっかり身体をつくる』ための貴重な期間ですよね。いったんツアーに出るとなかなか出来ないことが、今なら出来るのです。どうぞ前向きに取り組んで下さいね。一年後に笑っているかどうかは、今の毎日が決めます。ぐっと我慢している時こそ、強い力が身に付きますよ。

日本が一番いいよ！気持ち的にも安定できると思うしベストだと思います！この連休は朝から夕方までテニス三昧でしたが腕が痛くなりテニスを一緒にしているＤｒ.に症状を話し見てもらったら…とうとうエルボーになってしまい…手首も痛いしプレーは全然だめで落ち込みます。でもどんな状況でも今に似合うベストを思い頑張ろう！と気持ちを高めています。
圭くんは日本でどこか行きたいところはありますか？（試合でいろんなところに行ったとは思いますが…）ちなみに私は山陰地方（生まれ育った）から離れて今は長崎に住んでいます。長崎は住みよいですよ！

　次に、クエン酸とカルシウム。このセットは大事です。これにバナナを加えるのも効果があるといわれています。クエン酸は、いろいろな酸っぱいものに入っていますが、薬局ではボトルに入ったものを一般に制限なく売ってくれます。自分の場合は、頸椎がもろくなり、頭が肩から落ちそうになった？ってほどでもないけど、両手にしびれが来てどんぶりを持つのも不自由していた時期があり、肩がこって首を回すと骨のいかにも老朽化したようなミシミシッという音がし、その当時、これは治らないと医者に言われたんですが、このセットを２年間続けた結果、今ではポキポキッと、快音がするようになりました。
分量は適当でいいです。ティースプーン一杯のクエン酸に、カルシウム剤一回分ですよね。ポイントは、同時に摂取することですが、ジュースにすると、クエン酸とカルシウムはたちまち反応し始めて１０分もするとヘドロのようなとんでもない味になってしまうので、ジュースならすぐに飲むか、もしくは胃の中で混ぜる方が無難です。

あと、私の体で効果があったのは、コラーゲンです。（ニッピというメーカーのものが摂りやすいです）医学的根拠は定かではないのですが、骨密度が上がりました。ヨーグルトに入れてハチミツと混ぜて食べるのが、オススメです。

トレーニングの日々は、辛いかと思いますが、元気になったとき、今心にためているテニスへの情熱を爆発させることができますので、試合でそれを発揮してくださいね。
