みなさん、連絡が遅れて申し訳ありません。
先週、内視鏡手術をしまして、今はリハビリ中です。
だいぶ腕も動くようになってきて、生活に支障はないようになってきています。
先日ランニングも始めました！
この何日間か毎日ブログを書かないと・・・
と思って、毎日書こうとするんですが、
最初の２行でその次が思い浮かばなくて・・・
明日は絶対書こうって毎日思うんですが、、いつのまにか今日になってしまいました。
すいません！！
正直、手術を決断するまでにけっこう時間がかかりました。
僕の傾向としては、
自分の中で考えて、苦しんだ末に解決するか、
忘れちゃうか、どちらかなんですが、
けっこう、苦悩した日々が続きました。
やっぱりけいくん本人からの書き込みだとうれしい！（笑）
マネジメントの方からの発表だと、
けいくんがどんなに苦しんでますって言われても、
がんばれとも書き込む気になれないんだよね（笑）
なんか全然例えになってないけど、
書こうと思っても、
何にも思い浮かばないときあるよねー！
それにけいくんは世界中の人に向けての
ブログだから、
ただ書きたいこと書くだけじゃ
冗談通じなくて真っ向否定する人とか、
あーだこーだ、あんたあたしの何なの！って
人もいたり大変だよね～
でも原因がわかって何より！
夏風邪に気をつけてね！
内視鏡手術をするにあたり、以前から悩まれていたのですね。
我々には計り知れない苦悩がたくさん・たくさんあっただろうと思います・・・（涙）
でも元気にコートに戻ってくる日まで、我々ファンは温かく見守りながら待っています！
それまではフェレール戦やブレイク戦等のビデオを見ながら英気を養っていて下さいね◎

って、ユーモアたっぷりに書かれてますけど、本音ですよね。
テニスが職業なのに、これだけラケット握れない辛さは相当なものでしょうね。
何とかうまい発散方法を見つけてくれることを祈ります。
ブログ更新しづらい気持ちもなんとなく分かります。
伊達さんみたいにブログを上手く使って自分のモティベーションを上げることができる人もいますけど、こういうのは余力でやるくらいでちょうど良いと思うので、今のままでも十分読む側としては楽しませてもらっています。ありがとうございます。

大変な決断をされ、手術の結果も良好そうでほんとによかったです。
２行書いて、その先が浮かばなくて・・・に圭君の誠実なお人柄が伝わってきます。しっかり治して、また私たちに夢を与えてくださいね。
ゆっくり、少しずつ・・・待っています。

手術せずにすめば、回復までが短くてすんだでしょうが、根本的な治療は、長い目で見れば一番いい選択だと思います！
大好きなテニスを我慢するのは、ほんとうに大変でしょう。

なんか全体的にスッキリとした感じうけました。圭くん自信から
「焦らず完璧に治してから」の言葉が聞けて安心するとともに
嬉しくなりましたよ。そう、自分を信じて・・ずーっと見守っているよ。
私もよくDVD観てます。夫はよく、又見とる、と言いながらついつい二人で見入ってしまいます。デルレイビーチも凄くGOOD、今から見るよ。
圭くんの笑顔にいつも助けられているよ、ありがとう。

それから手術が無事に済んでよかったですね。
これはファンのみんなが同じ気持ちだと思います。
これからもしばらくはリハビリやトレーニングが中心になるだろうけれど
今の「テニスがしたい気持ち」や「テニスが好きな気持ち」を確信した圭君なら、
復活の日まで頑張れるはずです。でも、絶対に無理はしないでくださいね。
あと、このブログももっと気軽に書いていいと思います。
いっぱい書かなきゃとか、内容のあることを書かなきゃとか思わずに
数行とかでもいいし、気になったものを撮った写真をアップしてくれるだけでもいいし。。。
そうはいっても難しいでしょうが。
とにかく、元気な様子を知らせてくれてありがとうございます！
大きな決断をして、また一歩前進されたようですね。
生活に支障があったり、ランニングもできなかったりという状態だったことに驚きました。
こちらは一時期、錦織選手のテニスが見られなくて、気が狂いそうになっていましたが、それは落ち着いてきました。
ただし、最近すご～くテニス自体を遠く感じます。
アルトワ選手権の赤い壁をバックにしたカレンダーを毎日眺め、車の中でお勧めのミスチルを聞きながら（同乗者がとても気に入った様子）、復帰の日をただただ楽しみに待っています。
内視鏡の手術、無事に終って本当によかったです。
大切な大切な右手、ゆっくり治療して下さいね。
痛みの原因が判明して本当に良かったです。スポーツ選手がご自分の身体にメスを入れる事を決断するにはとてつもない勇気が必要だったと思います。でも今圭君が前向きになられているのでしたら良い選択だったと思います。月並みな言葉ですがリハビリをがんばって下さいね。画面の向こう側からずっと応援しています。
この時期の圭君のテニスへの渇望は必ず次なる飛躍へと繋がります。再びラケットを持てる日がすぐに来る事を心からお祈りしております。
それから、ブログ更新の件ですが、圭君のプレッシャーになってしまうのでしたら無理に更新しなくても良いと思いますよ。ブログの更新が圭君に精神的な負荷を与えてしまったら、それこそファンの本望ではありません。圭君がふと思いついた時、書きたいな～って思われた時に更新して下されば私達ファンは大満足ですから。ブログ更新が義務になってしまわないよう、ご自分でコントロールして下さいね。
私もよくフェレール戦を見ています。本当に最高ですね。生放送で見ていましたが勝利の瞬間泣きました。これからもフェレール戦を超える感動がきっときっと待っています。ファイト！圭君！

USオープンからもう1年ですか・・ファンとは勝手なもので
活躍されているときは、試合に勝ってほしいとかランキングとか
期待してしまいますけど、今はただ、錦織選手が元気に
テニスコートでプレーしている姿が観たいです。
一日も早くその日がきてくれますように、ずっと応援してます。
私も去年のUS Openのフェレール戦、何度も何度も見ています！
これを見たいがためにwowow加入したのですから♪
手術までの決断もそうですが、今までの治療、リハビリについても
きっといっぱい悩んで辛かったと思います。
でも、その辛さと引き換えに得たものもあったはず。
そして、これからは術後の痛みがひくにつれ、治っていくことも
実感できるでしょう。
今、心の底から湧き出る「テニスがしたい！！」と言う気持ちを
パワーにかえて、トレーニングに励んで欲しいと思います。
このブログも圭君らしいUPのタイミングで、私としては
じらされても「大丈夫かな？」「どうしているのかな？」と
更新のない間は思いを馳せられます。いつまでもハートをぐいっと
ひきつけられている感じで私は好きですよ～
希望の光も見えてきて、自分を信じて頑張るとの言葉をきけて
私も負けずに頑張らなきゃ！って思えました。

いいぞ、いいぞ。前向き、前向き。
これだけの事を乗り越えて前向きに物が見れる圭君はホント偉い。
それって、ちょうど今、他のスポーツで世界で大活躍中の人たちと十分肩を並べるくらい、いやそれ以上の心の強さだと思います。
そのメンタル面の強さがあれば、復帰はより近いと確信してます。
こんな時にこういう情報もなんですけど、
ミスチルの最新のライブDVDが11月にリリースされる事になりました！
最新アルバムをひっさげて今年初めに行われたツアーの武道館でのライブのようです。前回の "HOME" ツアーライブDVD も鳥肌が立つくらいよかったけど、こんどのもすんごく良さそーです。 11月はもう圭君日本にいないかもしれないけど、アメリカへお送りしましょうか!? カムバックの糧にして下さい！
個人的に、無我無心という感じのデルレイビーチのブレイク戦が好きです。
優勝という最高の形で終わりましたから。
あのときのような優勝スピーチがまた聞きたいですね。

ブログの更新有り難うございます。人生の大きな分かれ目を決定するかもしれない手術。本当に悩まれたと思います。スケートの高橋大輔選手も昨年１０月スケート中に膝の靭帯を切断。その後の手術から今日まで、回復するのかどうかスケートが再び出来るのかとの不安と毎日闘ったそうです。靭帯切断の原因が自分の体が硬いことに原因があると分かりリハビリ中に柔軟性をつけるトレーニングも合わせて実行。今はそのトレーニングのお陰で体に柔軟性が増し以前より速いスピードで滑ることが出来回転も楽になったそうです。圭君がランニングも出来ない状態にまで悪いと気が付きませんでした。。本当に大変な症状だったのですね。圭君も今回の本当の原因が分かれば是非その原因に対する対策を立てて下さい。トレーニングが出来ないと筋力等また一から鍛えなおすことになりますが来年の全豪までは時間があります。焦らずにしっかり計画を立てて取り組んで下さい。トレーニングは嘘をつきません。千里の道も一歩から！世界一になるまで応援しています。S.A

プロ野球選手には手術をすると今季が終り来シーズンは野球の体力復活とリハビリで終ってしまうこともしばしば。私も素人プレイヤーながら左膝を手術してます。何十年も前なので内視鏡はありません。正にぶった切られた感じ（笑）怖さはよくわかります。プレイどころかまともに歩けるかどうか？焦るなと言っても難しいですが焦らないでください。全豪オープンは捨ててもいいと思います。メスを入れてたったの４ヶ月で元に戻すのは難しい。悪いことは言いません。じっくり行きましょう。ウィンブルドンですらリハビリにしてしまいましょう。治療は科学です。データをきちんと計測しながら進んで行ってください。来年の全米オープンに全てを賭けるつもりで丁度いいのではないかと思います。

原因がわかり処置に至ったことで、錦織選手の気持にもようやく陽がさしてきた様子が文面からよく伝わってきました！よかったですね～！
原因もわからない痛みに悶々としていた事を考えると、いますぐにでもテニスをしたい気持ちになるのもうなずけます！
万全な状態でコートに戻ってくるのを楽しみにしてます！
これからどんなリハビリをしていくのが興味があるので、またレポートしてもらえると嬉しいです。

錦織くん、内視鏡手術は大変でしたね！
とりあえず今は、自分のペースで無理のない程度にリハビリを行って下さい。Ｂｒａｄｅｎｔｏｎ（ＩＭＧアカデミー）に戻っても、すぐにトレーニングに入らず、近所にあるアンナ・マリアビーチやコキーナビーチ、デソタモールやコーティーズプラザ沿いのフーターズ（笑）で時間を過ごすのも、良い復帰への気分転換になるかもしれません。ただ、キャットバスが１時間に一本だという事が、車なしの人には苦ですよね・・。私は、ＩＭＧの頃の地元の友達にピクアップしてもらってます。
また、Ｂｒａｄｅｎｔｏｎ（ど・・田舎町）の時間の流れに戻れば、怪我に対しての気持ちの落ち込みや悩みも自然に忘れ、テニスに対しても希望に満ち溢れていた頃の最初の気持ちに戻れると思います。ＩＭＧアカデミー内でも、一生懸命に身長並のラケットを大きく振りまわしてボールを打っているキッズに少し目を向け、再スタートへの力をもらうといいでしょう。昔、ニックボルテリーテニスセンター（現在閉鎖）にいたジュニアが、「Ｉ ＬＯＶＥ ＴＥＮＮＩＳ！」と色鉛筆で書き、掲示板に張ってました。それほど、テニスが浸透しているＢｒａｄｅｎｔｏｎの町なので、またＩＭＧアカデミーでの再出発を頑張ってください。同じＩＭＧアカデミー出身のマリア・シャラポワも、再復帰して凄いと思いませんか？錦織くんも、負けずに頑張って下さいね。

大リーグの上原浩治さんのブログが面白いですよ。
７月にＭＲＩで肘の腱の断裂が見つかって、アメリカでリハビリされています。
あちらは、腱断裂と錦織選手よりも重傷のようで、手術もしていないので抜本的な解決というわけではないようですが、それでもリハビリという点で共通する部分があるのではないでしょうか。
ブログの内容も、本音トークという感じで･･･。
７月のエントリーからみていると、いろいろな心の葛藤があり（団体スポーツならではの悩み（戦力外通告の怖さ）もあるようです。）、その中でも、自分に焦りは禁物と言い聞かせているようです。
野球がしたぁ～い。
といってます。笑）
８月１３日のブログでは、フロリダのサラソタに入って、リハビリすることになったようです。
連絡をとってみても面白いかもしれませんね。
あと、大リーグの岩村明憲さんのブログも面白いです。
こちらは、上原さんより、かなり冷静前向きです。笑）
５月に前十字靱帯を損傷と発表され今期絶望といわれてましたが、その後、内視鏡の手術をして、試合に復帰するまで持ってきたようです。
内視鏡の手術ってやっぱり凄いんですね！
と言われています。
リハビリの過程も写真入りで、載っていますし、「何苦楚魂」で、医師も驚くペースで回復を見せているようですよ。
ポジティブな記事で安心しました＾＾
何をコメントに書けば圭くんへ気持ちが伝わるだろうかと毎回悩むのですが（言うは易し、とも言いますから＾＾；）、苦しい気持ちをどうか溜め込まずに、焦らずにしっかりじっくり治して下さいね。

はじめまして。
真剣にテニスを始めて、６年。５１歳のおばさんです。
私も去年の夏、テニスの練習中にアキレス腱を切り、手術をしました。
もう年だし、また切るのではないかと怖いし、テニスに復帰できるか心配でした。
でも、錦織選手の試合を見ると、とにかくワクワク楽しくて、見ているとウズウズしてきて、へたくそながらも自分もまた、テニスがしたくなるんですよね。特に、去年の全米のフェレール戦は、興奮しますよね！勇気が出ますよね！
だから、リハビリもまじめに頑張って、今はテニス、やってます。
錦織選手には、可能性がたくさんあります。
信念さえあれば、できないことなんて、何にもないですよ。
甘えられないのも若さ故なのでしょうが、自分の弱さを見せるのも、相談するのも、時には、必要なことです。
私なんかに「頑張って」と言われなくても、十分頑張っておれれるのでしょうけど、応援している気持ち伝えたくて、つい、投稿してしまいました。１歩１歩、ガンバレ!（＾＾）/~
こんにちは！お盆も終わり、早く涼しい秋がこないかなぁ…。
ブログ、皆さん楽しみにされているとは思いますが、負担にならない程度でいいと思いますよ。どこかの芸能人は１日、何回更新した！とか言ってますが、圭さんはそういうタイプではないんだから…みんな解ってると思います。
私も、日記とか続かないタイプですが、何か胸の内がモヤモヤしてどうにか発散したときに、いきなり書きだしたりします。誰に聞いてほしいとかじゃないんだけど…書くだけで気が楽になったり。
自分に何かハプニングがあったとき、聞いて～聞いて～って思うようなときだけでいいんじゃないですか。
やらなければダメ、では仕事が増えて気分でしんどいと思うから。
私も圭さんみたいに、何か恋しくなるくらい、集中できる趣味でもほしいです。

人間、調子がいい時は、饒舌にもなれるし、外に向かって自己表現する事はたやすいですが、調子が悪い時、うまくいかない時は、それはとても大変な心労を伴うものとなってしまいますよね。
そんな中でも、こうして胸のうちを少しでも表現するというのには、相当なパワーが必要だったのではないかと察します。
メッセージは書ける時に書けるだけでいいと思いますよ。
今は、全ては、またテニスが出来る日の為に、パワーを貯めこんでください。

肘はテニス選手にとっての生命線ですものね。
「手術を決断するまでにけっこう時間がかかりました」というのも分かります。
でも漸くこれで長引く痛みや不安から解消され、“新たなNishikori Keiの誕生”へのスタートとなることでしょう！
『テニスしたい！』という強い想いがある限り、肘の回復もきっと早いと思います。
フェデラー、マレー、ジョコビッチの試合のDVDを見ながら、研究をしたりイメージトレーニングをするのはいいですね。
闘志が湧いてきてリハビリにも張り合いが出ると思います！

手術の経過、良好そうで良かったです!! 今は我慢、我慢の時ですね。今のうちにツアーに復帰したらできなくなる事を沢山やって下さい。きっと来年は連戦連戦、世界を飛び回って活躍してるはず、こんな時間があったのがウソの様になってますよ（＾－＾） その日を私たちファンはずっと待っています！！

ブログは気が向いた時にね！
私自身、何回か手術でおなかとか切ったことがあるんだけど、傷口ってね、どういう訳かあったかいお湯であっためると次の日痛みが少しひいてるんです。シャワーをそーっとかけたり、バスタブにお湯はってしばらくあったまるのを何回か繰り返すと、自分の時はそれでずいぶん回復が違ったので圭くんに伝えたくて書きました！私の場合、３週間くらいでだいぶ痛みは治まりました。急にはムリだけど、術後の腫れや痛みは一ヶ月以内には無くなってくると思います！ここまできたらもう、前を向いて進んでいくしかないですよね。辛く苦しい思いは、回復後、絶対に生きてきます。あんなにつらい思いをしたんだからこんなことぐらいで負けてたまるか！！って思えてきます。ピンチにいつかまた立った時、底力のパワーがもっと強力になります！そういうものですよ！！
圭くんが絶対元気になってコートに戻って来ることを信じています！

圭くんはたった一人でコートに立って世界と向き合える人。だからしっかり自立しているし、判断力もあり、自分の行動に責任が取れる人なのだと思います。他人に相談せず自分で決めるのは良いことだと思いますよ。
でも、もし溜め込んでしまう･････という思いがあるのなら、悩み事の中でもランキングがあまり高くないような事を誰かに話してみてはいかがですか？案外他人に聞いてもらうだけで楽になることもありますよ。もしその時に相手からアドバイスをもらうようなことがあり、なるほど～～と思うようなことであれば、それを自分の意見に取り入れて、最終的には自分で判断しても良いし。なんて言っている私も他人に甘えるのが下手なんですけどねf^_^;
今回手術に踏み切ったことで前に進めたのは本当に良かったですね！私も圭くんがケガを克服してコートに復帰してくれる日を心待ちにしているし、信じています。ただ焦って中途半端な状態でコートに戻るのはケガを慢性化させる危険性もあるし、しっかりケガを克服したことにはならないと思うのです。強い心を持って、その状況の中でやるべき事、やれる事を見極めて、少しでも良いコンディションでコートに復帰できるようにがんばってくださいp(^^)q
私も自分の身体にムチ打って進み始めたところです。圭くんみたいに強い心を手に入れられるよう、まずは強い身体をつくろうと思っています。テニスは心技体ではなく体技心だと教えてもらったことがあります。強い心を手に入れるために、まずは強い体づくり!!がんばりますp(^^)q
