【from IMG】錦織圭選手の現状報告
錦織圭は、全仏オープンの欠場後、ニューヨークのアルチェック医師のもとで行ったMRI検査の結果、「右肘の疲労骨折」との診断を受け、右肘の完治に向けてリハビリを続けておりました。しかし、どうしても右肘の痛みが取れなかったため、その痛みの原因を特定すべく、日大病院において、8月7日に内視鏡検査を実施いたしました。
その結果、MRI検査では発見できなかった小さな間接軟骨の損傷（右肘後方関節軟骨損傷）とそれに伴う滑膜の炎症（慢性滑膜炎）が認められ、即座に炎症を起こしている滑膜の切除と軟骨の損傷部分の処置を行いました。そのため、軟骨の損傷部分に繊維軟骨が新しく作られ、痛みなくラケットを振ることができるようになるには、さらに6-8週間程度のリハビリ期間が必要になります。
したがって、現時点で全米オープンへの出場は断念せざるを得なくなりましたので、ご報告させていただきます。今後は、右肘の回復具合を見ながら、できる限り早い復帰に向けて、日本においてリハビリを継続していく予定です。

なんだかmifuaさんと同じ内容になってしまいますが、痛みの原因が分かり、それに対する処置も無事完了し、安心しました。
怪我が治り、今までと同じようにテニスに邁進出来れば、ランキングもそれに伴い上昇するはずです。
あせらず、怪我をしにくい身体を作って、又テニス以外のスポーツにも挑戦し、リハビリ期間を楽しく過ごして下さい。
今のフリーな時間を有意義に使って、今しか出来ない事をしっかり自分の糧に取り入れて下さい。

６週間から８週間ラケットが握れないということは、ジャパンオープンも無理ですね。
aflatさんと同じく、海外のチャレンジャーか何かから一から始めて欲しいです。
海外の他の若手選手と同じ条件で、また最初から這い上がっていくのも悪くはないと思います。
ここのところ、正直いって、怪我以外の部分でも、ファンの立場からみて、応援する気が萎えるようなことが多かったので。
がむしゃらに向かっていく錦織選手がみたいです。
復活期待しています！

錦織選手自身リハビリをやってもなかなか…と不安な胸の内吐露されていたので、しっかりとした原因が分かり、処置(手術?）もされたということで正直ホッとしました。
これで痛みからも解放され、完治させることが出来ますね！

しかしニューヨークの医者はあてになりませんね。（私もスポーツ怪我で５回、NYで手術を受け、いろんな目にあってきましたから）
私の人生もリハビリ人生のようなものでしたから辛い気持ちはよくわかります。でもこの際、割り切ってふだん出来ないことをじゃんじゃんやって気分転換してください。まだまだ若いのだから急ぐ必要なし。
できればときどき日本のジュニアにも声をかけてあげてくださいね。

痛みが残っているのブログにあったので、心配していました。
原因が判り、一歩前進ですね。
あとは、栄養状態を最善の状態にすることと、肘のリハビリをあせらないことですね。
時間が解決すると信じています。
いわゆるねずみは、時間とともに成長するらしいし、
日本でも６月の再検査
７月頭の検査
７月２８日の相談？
の段階でもずっと見つかってなかったのでしょう。
いつ発見できるくらいの大きさになったかもわからないし、
いつ炎症が発生したかもよくわからないですよね。
日本に帰国後１ヶ月近くもみつかっていないのだから、いろいろいうのもどうでしょうね。
とにかく原因がはっきりとし、治療も施したということで安心しました。
出来ることは声援を送ることだけなのですが・・・
肘の状態がどんどんと回復していきますように。
これからも益々応援するよ～！！

怪我はつきものとはいえ、本当に残念です。
「エアー圭」を見られる日を楽しみにしています。
まずは、しっかり身体を治して、次の試合に備えて下さい。

新たな処置が施されて、ひとまず前進ですね。
これからが本当のリハビリになるのかもしれませんが、
焦らずにじっくりと、ゆっくりと「完治」させていってください。
頑張ればグランドスラムは来年でも出場できるかもしれないけれど、
圭君の19歳という時間は今だけです。
テニスの試合に向かえない分、トレーニングとリハビリ以外の時間は
あと少しだけ子供でいられる10代最後の年として
思う存分に過ごしてほしいです。
それから、日本の夏も堪能してくださいね。

でも、前に言っていた「いつまたテニスが出来るか分からない」という

もうしばらくテニスができないのは辛いと思うけれど、次にラケットを握れる日がだんだんはっきり分かってきて、その日を目標にトレーニングもがんばれるのでは、、？やっとトンネルの出口が見え初めてきましたね。
今回の診断に圭君自身が納得して、安心できている事を願います。

８月７日から４～６、６～８週間ならあっという間。
もう、８月半ばで、そろそろ夏休みの宿題に焦り出す頃だしね 笑
原因は取り除いたから、落ち込む必要もないし、落ち込んでる暇もないくらいあっという間だよ 笑

やっと痛みの原因が判明しそれに対する処置が終わり本当に良かったですね。毎日毎日何時原因が分かるのか心配しておりましたが漸く今日のメッセージでハッキリと知ることが出来安心しました。これからはお医者さんと今後の回復への処置を打合せされると思いますが一日も早い完治を祈っております。ところで今回の原因はハッキリしたのでしょうか？原因を突き止めないと（疲労骨折はハッキリしていますが）再び同じ故障にならないかと心配です。疲労骨折も恐らく原因の一つだと素人ながら推測いたします。大丈夫だと思いますがどうかその点をお医者と相談の上今後の対処方法なども含め相談して下さい。今年一杯は絶対無理をしないで来年１月を見据えたトレーニングをされると良いのではと思います。時は戻すことが出来ませんだからこそ同じ轍を踏まないよう焦らないで今は治療に専念して下さい。ただ、鍛えることの出来る下半身の更なる強化と英語を忘れないようにして下さい。優勝した時の英語のスピーチまた聞きたいですから。夢は世界一！！応援しています。Ｓ．Ａ

ＵＳで診察しても痛みがひかないという状況はずっと疑問に思っておりました。
日本人の細やかな感覚に比べて欧米はアバウトな部分が多い。
衛生観念にしても食事事情にしても細かく精密に診るという事に無頓着である事は住んだ経験がある大人なら感じる事もあると思います。
体格が違う人種の食文化では細胞も骨格もその質も違うはず。
内臓ひとつとっても、日本人の腸は欧米人より長いとのこと。
男の子が一番成長する時期にいきなり食文化の違う環境に置かれ、まだ体格もできていない時期に大きな欧米の選手並の練習をすれば、どこかに無理が生じてくるのは自明の理ではないでしょうか。
もちろんＩＭＧのスタッフはプロ中のプロですから配慮はされていたとは思いますが、欧米人並の体格であるシャラポヴァでさえ、彼女を始め怪我が長引く選手が多いように思います。
素人のいちファンが僭越な事を申し上げるようですが、体を作る観念からいえば、やはり錦織選手の体を丹念に診て頂いていなかったように感じます。
日本人と欧米人といい意味での違いをしっかり理解して頂き、大事に選手を育てて頂きたいと切に願います。
錦織選手は日本でテニスをする人達が本当に長らく待ちわびていた人なのです。どうかそれをゆめゆめお忘れなさらず宜しくお願い申し上げます。
アメリカ 日本というのはこの際やめたらどうでしょうね。
英文をみればわかるように、連絡をとりあっての判断のようですし。
アメリカの先生もできれば肘に内視鏡を入れるということをやりたくなかったから、リハビリで治らないかということを待ったのだと思いますよ。
リハビリで時間をかけても無理だったから、双方の先生が話し合って、今回の措置を選択したのでしょう？

なかなか試合に復帰出来ない情報を日本で聞き心配しています。
私も、７年前にＩＭＧアカデミー（ニックボルテリー）で英語の勉強をしながらテニスに励んでいた者なので、錦織くんの活躍は卒業生として特に応援しています。当時、日本テニス協会のジュニア派遣としてアカデミーに参加していた方が、こんなにも日本のテニス界を盛り上げてくれて嬉しい限りです。
昨年のストックホルムの大会の後（１０月）、ＩＭＧアカデミーのブッフェ（アダルトサイド）のテーブルでお話させて頂きましたが、日本だけではなくＩＭＧアカデミーも盛り上げてくれて感謝しています。もう一度、ニックボルテリーが元気でいらしている間に、マリア・シャラポワやトミーハス達と共にテニス界に旋風を起こして下さい！
今年（１０月中旬）も、ＩＭＧアカデミーまでアダルトプログラムのコーチ達やニックボルテリーテニスセンター（現在閉鎖）の仲間達に挨拶に行くので、また錦織くんの元気で復帰している姿をＩＭＧアカデミーでみたいです。今は、復帰に向けて治療に専念して下さい。復帰後は、日本のテニスファンだけではなく、ニックボルテリーを喜ばす活躍を期待しています。ニックボルテリーは、錦織くんのような優秀な生徒が可愛くて仕方ないはずなので、またＩＭＧアカデミーにタイトルをもたらして喜ばしてあげましょうね。頑張って・・・

焦ったり、いらいらして、ラケットを持つ時期が６週間から５週間に短縮のようなことがないようにしてほしいです。
順調に回復で短縮ならうれしいですけどね。
それでもジャパンオープンは日程的にないと思います。

ちばちゃんの言うとおり、日本人のトレーニングとして柔軟性が大事ですね。右手の使いすぎが原因かと思うので両手打ちトレーニングなんかもいいのではないでしょうか。でも余り無理するとまた壊してしまうのでバーベル持ち上げはしばらくやめた方がいいような気がしますけども。。。
