【from 錦織圭】フットサルを見に行きました！
みなさんメッセージありがとうございます！！
この前、ホームページをつくって頂いている
WOWOWの方達に来てもらって、コメントを撮ったんですが
久しぶりのカメラだったので、すごい緊張してしまいました！！
でもいろんなお話を頂けて良かったです！
今週で手術して1ヶ月経ちました。
早かったような長かったような・・。
どっちかというと早いな、という気持ちのほうが強いかな。
やっぱり時間が経つのは早いですね。
手術後当初は、腕も動かせなくていつもと違う生活だったので
1日が長く感じていたけど
最近は右腕以外のトレーニングは全てできているので、
なんとなく昔の自分に戻っている気がします。
楽しい（？）リハビリ生活のお話や日常思っていることなど、
up ありがとうございます。
なんだか身近に感じて、ほほえんでいます。
無理せず、でもしっかりと一日一日大切に過ごしてくださいね。

去年の圭君の活躍を見てから、テニス観戦するようになって、もう１年たつんだなぁ、早いです。
来シーズンもネットとTVで追っかけますから頑張ってくださいね。

でも観戦を楽しんでいる裏で、選手はツラいトレーニングに毎日汗を流しているんですよねぇ

初めまして。
いつも錦織さんのこと応援しています。
私は松江市在住の19歳です。
テニスの知識は殆どゼロ、もちろんしたこともありません。（スポーツ苦手 笑）
私からするとスポーツ得意な人ってすごいって思うし、しかもそれを職業にして世界で活躍している錦織さんは本当にすごすぎます。
また、出身地一緒、同年代ということで親近感がわきます。
トレーニングは大変だと思いますが、お体に気をつけてこれからも頑張ってください！
リハビリやトレーニングは単調でキツいものだと思いますが、回りのスポーツ選手達が戦っている姿を目の当たりにすると、「よ～し、自分も頑張るゾ！」と刺激を受けてモチベーションも上がりますよね！
文面からも明るく前向きにトレーニングに励んでいる様子が垣間見れたようで、とても良かったです～=D
そういえば以前書かれていたライバルPlayer達のDVDを見て、研究はされましたか？(笑)
リハビリが終了する頃には更に逞しくなった錦織選手に出会えそうでとても楽しみです。
また“ネタ”の方聞かせて下さいね☆

けど、強くなってきている自分を感じれている圭クンが

私なんか、高校でテニスを辞めてから誰かに本気で怒られたり
いい意味で自分を追い込むことが少なくなくなってしまって、
自分が強くなったなんて全然感じられなくなりましたο
だから圭クンがめっちゃ羨ましいし、幸せやなあ～★★

自分が知ってる人とかが出てたりすると、無駄に力が入ってしまって

私も近々、プロ野球を女の子２人で見に行く予定なんですが
楽しみでしょうがないです(笑)

きついトレーニング頑張っているようですね！
コートに復帰した時は逞しくなった圭君を見ることができそうで
とても楽しみです。
圭君のプレーを見ることができないのでサッカーやゴルフやバレーボール もうスポーツことごとく観戦していますよ。生観戦は公園の少年野球だっておもしろいですね！！
フットサルいま人気ですからね。
かつてテニスコートだったところがフットサル場に替わっちゃった、なんて話もあったり。つまりテニスの敵ですよ〜（T T）！
聞かれてないですが私の近況を報告しますと、テニススクールでお世話になっているコーチの一人が１９歳と知りショックを受けました。・・・Keiに習ってると思ってがんばる方向に気持ちを切り替えました。
右ひじの治り具合は順調なのですか？まだまだ痛みはとれないのでしょうか。やっぱり一番気になります。
いろいろなスポーツの選手と交流されたり、上手に気分転換されてトレーニング頑張っているようで、少し安心しましたが・・・
USオープンでもケガから復帰して活躍されてる選手が沢山いますね。
錦織選手にも早くそんな日がきますように、一日も早い回復を願っています！ずっと応援しています！
ところで2010年の錦織圭選手・カレンダーの発売予定はありますか？

錦織くん・・早くＩＭＧアカデミーに戻って少しずつ練習を始めましょう！来月中旬、私も卒業したＩＭＧアカデミーのコーチ達に会いに行きます。
昨年１０月、お昼のブッフェ内でお会いしてテーブルでお話させて頂きました。今年も、よろしくお願いします。
全米オープンはじまりましたね
去年のこの大会で錦織選手の試合を初めて見て大興奮しました！
またフェレール戦のような大熱戦が見たいです。
トーナメントに戻ってくる日を楽しみにしてます！
リハビリ＆トレーニング、頑張ってください！！
元気そうな映像をみてひと安心しております。
今年の全米は、圭君の姿を見ることが出来ないので昨年のフェレール戦を家族で何度も見返しては歓声を上げる毎日です。
今は、右腕以外をチョーマッチョに仕上げて頂いて、左利き選手としても勝ち進める位の身体作りに専念して下さい。
昨年は勇気とか誇りとか、ほんとに色々なものを圭君から頂きました。
（実はサインもあったりします！）
勝っても負けても応援しています。
コートでの圭君の勇姿を楽しみにしております。
フルでリハビリ＆トレーニングは
単調だろうしきついでしょうね。

スポーツＴＶ観戦は何を見ても楽しい口です。
ゴルフでもサッカーでも野球でも。
そのなかでもテニスは観るスポーツとしてメチャクチャ楽しい
スポーツだとおもいます。

なんだか、リハビリ大変な中それなりに楽しみがあり充実している感じが伝わります☆
やっぱり、どんなスポーツ観戦いいですね。スポーツは色で例えると私は「白」って感じがします。汚れのない清き心で戦わないと、見てる方に感動を与えられない…どんな色も混じりあえる場所（世界各国）…というようなイメージです。
だから、恋愛においても、スポーツを真剣にされている方に悪い人はいない！！と思ってしまいます。その考えは恋愛でどうなのか…？？定かではありませんが、汗を流して、傷を作りながらも頑張ってる姿をみて、昔は好きになっていました…(*^。^*)
今は大人になりすぎて…私が純粋ではありませんが(-_-;)
とにかく、そんな素敵なスポーツは、プレーしても観戦していても、人をプラスにしてくれると思います。
今、この時期にいろいろ経験して、自分のネタ増やしてくださいね。人に話すネタだけではなく、きっと自分がフッと思い出す良いヒントになると思いますよ！
気持ちを切り替えて新しいところでリハビリと言ってましたが、ナショナルトレーニングセンター、ＪＩＳＳ内にいるんですよね。
手術後の新聞等のニュースでも、都内とだけいって、新しい場所に移ったように報道されてましたが。
ナショナルトレーニングセンター、ＪＩＳＳ内にいていろいろ･･･
そこに主のようにいて･･･
そこから１日も早く抜け出したいという気持ちがあまり起きないのではないですか？
気持ちを切り替えて、次に進めるよう、場所を変えるなり、関係者、御両親その他周りも配慮されてはいかがでしょう。
トレーニングがんばってますね～！めちゃくちゃキツそう(笑)
ブログが書けないほどトレーニングでヘバるのは大変いいことです！！
フットサルは見に行ったことないですが、面白そうですね。
いろんなスポーツや選手達との交流は、後々、テニスに大いに役立つと思うので、
興味をもったものは(スポーツ以外も！)どんどん見に行ったり、経験されたらいいと思います。今のうちに。
私はテニスではないですが昔プロだったころの体験から、本業以外の経験が、ヒントをくれたり、気づくきっかけになったりしました。
しょっちゅうではないですが、大事な時に生きてきましたよ。
まだラケットも握れずリハビリ状態が続いているのに、そこから１日も早く抜け出したいという気持ちがどうとか言うの人が居るのには驚きです。
都内で受けた術後の経過をまだ定期的に担当医に診て貰わなければならないだろうし。
また傷が完治しボールが打てるようになった際にはまたアカデミー戻って練習を開始すると語っていたのだから。
これからもぜひ自分自身や回りのスタッフを信じて頑張って下さい！！

ＮＴＣの中で、何やってるかわからないというのは勘弁して欲しいな。
正直。
競技にプラスになるどころか、集中力を欠く原因になってるとしか思えないし。
みっちりと厳しいトレーニングが積めているようで何よりです♪
右腕や右肩のトレーニングはまだもう少し先でしょうか。

今は強い体を作っている真っ最中ですもんね！

８月４日の火曜日から数えると今日でちょうど５週間。
当初の予定だと、コートに戻るのが４～６週間、全体のリハビリ６～８週間でしたっけ。
まだ右腕のトレーニングはできない状態とはつらいでしょう。
でもリハビリ仲間との交流などで楽しみながらトレーニングしているようですね。
フットサルの小野選手を圭君自身がコートでプレーしているような気持ちで見ていたんじゃないかな？復帰に向けてよい刺激になりましたね。
焦らずにリハビリしてください。
ＮＴＣで「交流」はもうお腹一杯。
何が気に入らないのか、上記のような（NAME:ＵＡ,ＪＩＮ等） いちいち選手を干渉するようなコメントは止めて欲しい。

まずは肘の調子がいまいちなのにブログの更新、ありがとう～
先日フジサンケイのゴルフで石川選手の活躍をウキウキしながら
見ていました。なんとなくKeiくんのコートでの姿とダブって
しまい熱の入った応援をしていました(*^^)v
日本にもがんばっている若いアスリートがたくさんいますよね。
いろんな分野の方と出会い、良い刺激を受け心に何か残るような
今後につながる毎日を送ってくださいね!(^^)!
きっとこれからのKeiくんの人生に役に立つと思います。
いろんな話が出ているようだけど。
オリンピックのときもそうだけどナショナルトレーニングセンターにしても、税金やファンから集めたお金で運用されていることは、考えた方がいいでしょうね。
常識的に考えて選手個人と直接関係のな上記のような話は避けるべきです。
ナショナルトレーニングセンターの在り方について不満があるのなら、１選手のブログにではなく、そちら(ＮＴＣ)もしくは運営関連組織の方へ直にするべきです。
錦織くんの利用の仕方の問題でしょう。

練習を通じて、ドーパミンを思いっきり出して

グランドスラムの大舞台はもうすぐそこ。
今日は仕事を休んだので、WOWOW でUSオープン観戦。
女子第９シードのウォズニアッキが格上のクズネツォワを倒しました。
いい試合でした。 19歳のウォズニアッキが活躍する姿に
終始圭君の姿がだぶって見えていました。
再度、メールさせて頂きました。
錦織くんは、７年前の日本テニス協会の派遣が終わっても、ＩＭＧで本格的に練習するぐらいテニスが大好きなので、再びラケットを握ってプレーすることにはあまり時間がかからないと思っています。だだ、メンタル面でのコントロールに多少の手間と時間がかかるでしょう。そこの部分を徹底してＩＭＧのスタッフに見てもらうと良いと思います。再スタートする中で、メンタル面の復帰が特に心配です！
錦織くんもご存じなはずですが、ＮＴＣは内部分裂しましたよね？現在、錦織くんのプロジェクト５５を結成してくれた、ニックの右腕（副支配人）や彼が引き連れたドミニカのコーチ達は撤収しました。ランキングが６０位代だったベストな頃の環境とは違う現在ですが、私もハリーホップマンに行った時にお世話になった貴重な中村トレーナーは、まだＩＭＧにいると思うので、錦織くん自身で新しいチームを作って再出発してほしいです。ヒッティング相手になるようなジュニアは沢山います。昔、モニカセレスは２人のジュニアを捕まえて練習してました。今度は、錦織くんが「フェデラーが錦織くんをヒッティング相手に選んだように」良いヒッティング相手を捕まえて下さい。今は、そのような立場にいてもおかしくないと信じてます！そろそろ、ＩＭＧに行く事は考えているのですかね？先週、ハリーホップマンでお世話になったコーチがＮＴＣに行ってきましたが、南アフリカのコーチ達が集まっていたそうです。新しいＮＴＣのスタイルはどうなんですかね・・。私の古いコーチ達は長年、完全にニック派なのでいつまでも元気です。
錦織くん、大きな夢や目標を忘れず、ファンにも支えられながらテニス頑張って行きましょうね！

治してから復帰した方がいいと思います。
せっかくの機会ですから、問題を洗い出し､一つ一つクリアして前に進んで欲しいです。
個人的に、ツアー選手にツアーコーチとしてついた経験のある､いろいろはっきり問題点を指摘したり､叱ってくれるようなコーチについたらいいのに、と思います。
以前､ブラッド・ギルバートにみてもらってましたが、ギルバートにつけたら最高なんじゃないかな
確か、ギルバートの息子さんは錦織君とＩＭＧで同室だったんでしたっけ。
アガシ、ロディック、マレーコースを歩んでほしいですね。
まあでも人気コーチだしコーチ料も高いのかな。
そういうクラスのコーチにつくためにも、早く体制立て直して、下から這い上がって欲しいです。
ＩＭＧのジュニアの選手達も夏休みが終わって全米に出ています。
そろそろ気持ちの切り替えをしてテニスに復帰する予定や青写真を形にしていって欲しいです。
右腕以外のトレーニングは全てできているということで、手術した患部が完治するまでは手術をして頂いた日大の先生に経過を注意深く診てもらう必要があるんですよね。
しっかりと右腕のトレーニングやヒッティングが出来るようになる頃には今の状況も一新して、また新鮮な気持ちでテニスが出来るようになると思います。
それまではまだ厳しいリハビリが続くことと思いますが、戦線に戻る日を胸に秘め頑張ってください！！
野球で渡米して肘の内視鏡手術をする人達は、２週間くらいで向こうのリハビリを終えて､日本に戻ってきているようです。
痛みもなくなったといってる人も多いようですよ。
日本でリハビリをするにしても、味トレ以外にもたくさん場所があります。
ここで紹介されている戸田さんも新しい場所でリハビリされているようです。
６月のときも味トレにいるとバトミントンの選手などが刺激になると書いていて、味トレ滞在後にアメリカに帰ったときにメンタルがガタガタに。
何があったのかしりませんが。
同じことを繰り返さないようにして欲しいです。
何度も失敗を繰り返しているようだとどんどん状況は厳しくなっていくと思いますから。
さすが日本の宝です。
世界の大舞台で戦う錦織選手を想い、みな熱いです！
前にも「あーーーでもテニスしたい」と本音(笑)が書かれていましたが、今はそんなはやる気持ちを懸命に抑えながら、肘の回復のため・強い体作りのために地道に頑張っているというのがひしひしと伝わってきます。
今は爆発前のマグマを溜めている状態ですよね lol
またBradentonのコートでボールが打てるようになった時には、その分喜びや感動もひとしおだと思いますよ！:-))
常に間近で選手を見て100％全ての事情を知っているかのように、しかも上から目線で側近者のように説教をするような（今回の投稿名はnakaji)の意見には実に疑問を感じる。
あーしろ、こーしろ、～だからこうなった、～するべき等、
自分の所有物のように語る人が居ますですが本当に勘弁して
頂きたいです。
選手のやる気を削ぐだけです。

こんにちは。ほんとにトレーニングきつそうですね！ヘロヘロになるほどがんばっていると聞くと、あぁ私もなんか頑張らなくちゃ！って思えてきます。圭君こんなに頑張ってるんだからっ！って思って励みにしています！フットサルってまだ見たことがないスポーツなんですけど、ト、トイレを我慢してまで熱中するほど面白いスポーツなんですか笑？？圭君がハマっているなんて、やっぱそのスポーツもチェックしなきゃって思っちゃいました！！トレーニングはきっと頑張っただけからだが強くなってるし、きっとラケットで練習し始めたら、何かが今までと違ってくるかもしれませんね！スタミナつけるためには、とにかくいっぱい食べてくださいね！！ファンのみんなも応援しか出来なくて、もどかしい気持ちもあります。圭君は注目されている選手だからこそ、いろいろな事を言われてしまっていますが、どうかその悔しさや苦しさをバネにして復帰までのつらい道のりを乗り越えていってくださいね！本当のファンはどんな時も応援しているし、大勢のファンがたっくさんいる事を忘れないでね！１００パーセント元気になってコートに戻ってきてくれる日を、ファンのみんなは待っていますから。がんばってください！！！ あたしもがんばります！

体幹＆下半身＆フットワーク系ですか!!テニスに直結した内容で私にもやり方を教えて欲しいです(＃^.^＃)強くなりそう!!
ちゃんと意識して筋肉を使っていると、ここの筋肉をどういうふうに、どの位動かしているかというイメージと動きが一致して、鏡を見なくても正確に自分の身体を動かせるようになると聞いたことがあります。自分ではちゃんと動かしているつもりなのに違ってしまっている･･･ということが、私にはまだまだあります。自分の身体を支配できるようになってみたいなぁo(^-^o)
疲れきるまで身体を動かせるようになって、心身ともに充実している感じが伝わってきます。やっと圭くん本来の姿に戻ってきたのかな(^^)
今回リハビリ室でいろいろな種目の選手と出会って、良い刺激を受けているみたいですね。ツアー中にはなかなか出来ないことだと思うので、貴重な経験ですね。テニスのプレーには人間性がすごく出ると思います。いろいろなことを経験する中で良いと思ったことを積極的に自分の中に取り入れていけると、人として成長できるだけでなく、テニスのプレーにもすごく良い影響があるのではないかなぁと思っています。
最近は「自分はこうだから!!」という固定観念みたいなものをなるべく持たないようにしています。自分が変わっていくことを恐れず、どんどん受け入れるようになったらすごく楽になりました(^^)Y☆
圭くんはまだ若いんだし、スポンジのようにいろいろなものをいっぱい吸収していってくださいね。人生の遠回りはロスではなく、自分次第で糧にできるはずです。後から振り返った時に今の時間が貴重なものに思えるようにがんばって(^_-)-☆
