ラケットを握れる日はもうすぐそこまで来てるよ！
十分頑張っているけど、あと一息！！

Ｇｏ Ｋ～！！

また錦織くんのプレーを見れる日を楽しみにしています。
ジャパンオープン、錦織くんが出れなくなって寂しいですが他のトップ選手をしっかり観戦してきます！

新しいブログが読めてうれしいです！どうしてるのかなぁと思っていました。気持ちのアップダウンが激しい毎日。まわりでいろんな選手が練習したりしてるから余計に焦ったり不安になっちゃったりしてるのかな。早くボールが打ちたくて待ちきれない気持ちが強くなりすぎるとイライラしちゃうし、ツラいよね。。。でも、今出来ることをちゃんとやってるんだから、それでいいんだ、と。普通にしていれば一ヶ月なんてあっという間だよ。絶対、ラケットを握ってボールを打つ練習が出来るようになったら、パッと明かりがついたように気持ちも晴れて、ハッピーになれるよ！もう今１０月になったから、１１月ってもう来月じゃないですか！圭くんが元気になって戻ってくるのを心待ちにしていますよ！ではここで一句。
ハロウィーン　終われば始まる　ボール打ち　（いまいちか？笑）

あともう少しの辛抱ですね。
しばらくは肘と相談しながら、無理せず無心にラケットを振れるといいですね。
息子の中学校のテニス部には例年の倍の人数が入部しました。
本当にたくさんの子供達が圭君に憧れてテニスを始めています。

圭君が完全復帰する日が楽しみで私も必死で毎日リハビリしています。
私の場合、お医者はテニス無理と言ったけど絶対あきらめません。
テニスが大好きだから、この歳になったらコートで倒れたら本望だ、なんて思っちゃいます
圭君の雄姿を想像すると辛い時も頑張れます。
でも、もし１１月無理なら完治するまでしっかり充電して下さいね。
心身ともに満タンでのスーパーエアケイ待っています。

私も同じです。
今、自分のしてる仕事が向いてるんかな～、てゆーか向いてないんちゃうん？だって、6年目やけどまだまだちゃんと出来ひんで？

とか悩んでまうんよね。

けどyou can get something from pain..と信じて日々がんばっています。

圭君の素直なメッセージ読んでると私もがんばれます。

揺れながらも前へ進んでる圭くん・・すごいなぁといつも感心しながら
こちらも元気もらってます。ありがとう。色々ありながら　その中でいっぱい吸収してる圭くんをみてると　人生に起こることすべて意味があるんだんぁとあらためて思いました。たちどまった時しか　見えないこともたくさんあるのですね。　　
更に強くなった圭くんにあえる日を楽しみにしています・ω・

本当にマインドコントロールが難しいでしょうね…。でも、我慢の時ですよ。１１月はすぐです。それなら、毎日の練習が始まる前に出来ることを探しましょ♪色んなスポーツ観戦でも、じっくり本を読むでも、色んな方とお話する、行ったことのない場所に行くとか…なんでも出来ることやり残した事を探しているうちにアッという間に、コートで汗を流す日々に戻ると思います。きっと、そうなると今の時間が恋しくなるくらい、厳しい日々が始まるんでしょうね。
私は信じています。絶対この試練が圭さんのプラスになることを！
もちろんケガをしないに、こしたことはないでしょうが、ケガをしたことのない人では経験できない、けがに対する恐怖心も持つだろうし、よりこの先注意することが出来たり、もっと自分を大切に、家族、スタッフ、ファンを大切に感謝の気持ちも増えたと思います。
昨日より、今日の圭さんは大きくなってるんですよ☆がんばって。

ブログの更新有り難うございます。写真で元気な姿を見ると嬉しいですね。逸る気持ちを抑えるのは大変でしょが漸くラケットが握れる時が見えてきましたね。もう少しの辛抱です。焦らず無理せず一歩一歩踏みしめながら進んで下さい。１１月となると全豪も厳しいかも知れませんが完全な状態で本番に臨んだ方が良いので焦らないで着実に行きましょう。米国の有名な女子チャンピオンのモーリン・コノリー選手は本物の試合が出来るようになるまでコーチは出場させなかったそうです。しかし出場した途端大活躍したとのことを以前聴いたことがあります。世界一になるまで応援しています。S.A

今晩は。
明日３日は中秋の名月ですね。
今回書いていらっしゃるお話を読みながら思い出したので、
ちょっと知ったかぶって。。。失礼します。
「各人の性情こそが猛獣であり、人はみな自らという猛獣を飼い慣らしながら生きているのだ。」
圭君も猛獣の取り扱いになかなかてこずられておられるご様子。
もちろん、私もです。みんなそうです。
100％思い通りの人生なんてないし、
100％自分をコントロールできる人なんて誰もいないし、
（できる人いたらすみません）できないからこそ人生で
その中で何かを成し遂げるからこそ感動が生まれるのだと思います～。
ずっとＵＰでやる気に満ち溢れていたら何事も楽なんですけどねえ。
それもちょっとコワイかもしれませんよ。あ、。。。。
圭くんご自身にしっくりくる考え方がはやく見つかるといいですね。
ただし、考え方は日々変化していくものだし、ずっと自分のスタンスを探し求めていくものだと私は思います。へ理屈大魔王なので。
日進月歩でいきませう☆

最近mixiにもつぶやき機能ができきましたが、日記かくほどのネタでもないしなー、というとき便利なんですよね。ぜひ考えてみてください！

楽天オープンは残念だったけど、復帰が次第に近づいている
と思うと、ワクワクしっぱなしです！
人間だもん、だれだって気持ちのコントロールなんて
機械をあやつるようにうまくいくはずないです。
それがプロスポーツ選手だって決して例外では無いと思います。
でも、今圭君が葛藤しているような状況を乗り越える事なしに
より心を強くしてゆく道も無いんだと思います。
復帰後の圭君はこの一年の休養前よりもフィジカルにも
メンタル的にも、数倍強くなっていると確信します。
じっくり精神的な葛藤をしていられるのも今のうちかと思います。
ぜひ時間をかけてその時々の自分の心と対峙してみてください。
良いときも、そうでない時も。
それが復帰後の苦しい時に、きっと自分自身を助けてくれると思います。

楽天オープン残念でしたね。でも、この先まだ何回も出場するチャンスがあることを考えれば、今年の1回はたいしたことない!!ということにしましょう(^_-)-☆
人間だから気持ちのアップダウンはあって当たり前だと思います。いろいろな要因で毎日自分を取り巻くコンディションって違いますもんね。自分の心と裏腹にファイトできない時だってあります。
でも圭くんがそれを感じられているということは大きな1歩だと思います。まずは自分がどういう状況にあるかどうかを感じられることが大切です。自分が落ちているな･･･と客観的に見れるから、そうなった時の対応を考えることができるようになっていくんじゃないかなぁと思います。
自分が落ちた時って、何やっているんだろう(;□;)!!と自分を責めたくなったりしませんか？自分の気持ちと身体にギャップがあるとそうなりがちなんだそうです。ちょっとだけ自分を許して、やさしくいたわってあげると、自分の身体がその気持ちに応えてやる気をだしてくれるのだそうです。実は私も勉強中です(^^ゞ
やっぱり気持ちのアップダウンの幅が小さい方が安定を得られるのだと思うし、これからツアー生活に復帰したらますます大切になってくることだろうなぁと思います。いろいろなことを体得していくなかで、自分なりに上下の振り幅を小さくしていく方法を見つけ出していってくださいね。私もがんばりま～す(^^ゞ

あれから、子供とウサビッチに直行・・・ハマりました　笑
グランドスラムの賞品が新作のおしゃれなテニスシューズだったら
キレネンコ君もきっと出場するよねって話しました。

逆に考えて杉山選手みたいに引退を決めたときのことを想像してみるってのはどうかな？
この先永遠に試合に出ないと思ったら、凹むとかのレベルじゃないかもね…
錦織くんもず～っと耐えてきたから、あと１ヶ月がすんごく長く感じるよね
きっと一番ツライのはゴールが近いときなんだよ

　圭君のプロテニス人生は、始まったばかり。１０何年のうちのたった１ヶ月。　リラックス出来る貴重な時間も、大好きなテニスの事を考えるのも良し。　私事ですが、最近さぼっていたヨガをまた再開しました。体を十分に伸ばして心肺を強くして持久力が、あがりました。
　栄養つけてリハビリ頑張ってください。いつも応援してますよ。

人間の感情の浮き沈みはあるもの
動物占いで同じタイプで気持ちも良く分かる。

人の気持ちを操る術はいくらでもあるけど、
自分の心を操るのは、難しいね。

それでも勝負の世界に身を置いている以上、
どんな言い訳も通用しない。

ひたすら勝つ事に対する執着心を持って、
これから対戦する相手の分析でもしてるしかないな・・・

カムバックして、グランドスラムで優勝できる事を祈るよ。

ボールが打てるようになったら、俄然やる気もＵＰしてくるでしょうね！

肘が完治に向かっている、11月頃から?ラケットが握れそうと、ようやくトンネルの先の光が見えてきたようで、自分のことのようにうれしいです。
怪我で長らく戦線離脱したシャラポワも、これまでの空白を埋めるかのように吠えてますね～プレイできる喜びに満ち溢れてますねえ～～Keiも、もうすぐだね!
自分のキモチがくるくる変わって答えが見つからないとのこと。素直に告白されると、そっかーみんな(Keiでさえ)そうなんだあと私自身がホッとしたりして･･･私も何でも順調にいってる時は何も考えないけど(考える必要がないと言うか)、なにか障害物にぶつかると、ああでもないこうでもないといろいろ考えます。考えてきました。
いつも前向きにポジティブになんてエネルギッシュな性格でもないし、いつまでもこんなじゃいけないと、あがいてはみるもののますますどツボにはまったり･･･
でもそうして人知れず悩んでもがくのは、いろんなことに真剣に向き合ってる証拠じゃないかな。そうしてあがくことによって人間は磨かれ輝くものじゃないかしら。
いろんなヒトに会うのもいいことだと思う。答えはもらえなくても、ヒントをつかめるかもしれないよ。
それにしても、いつもみんなのコメントを見て思うけど、辛口から甘口まで、みんな圭のために心を砕いて言葉を選んで一生懸命励ましてくれてる。
見ず知らずのヒト達にここまでしてもらえるなんて、一般ピープルには無理だ。この～幸せもの～。
では、明日もトレーニングがんばって。

普通に暮らしていてもいつもポジティブにいるのは難しいですから、錦織選手の状況ではメンタルのアップダウンはさぞかし大きなものでしょう！悩む時はどっぷり悩んでいるほかないのか、ラケットを持てるようになればまた違った感覚で自分の状況を捉えられるようになるのか、こればかりはそうなってみないとわかりませんが…。悩みを率直に書いている錦織選手のブログは読んでいて面白いです。また心境の変化があった時はぜひ聞かせてください！

　去年の今頃かな～　もうちょっと前だったっけ？　圭君のアメリカの校長先生が「圭については、少なくとももう2－3年くらいは待ってくれ」とか、インタビューで答えてたなぁ。2年かぁ、ってその時は思ったけど、その2年の間って、ほんとにいろいろの2年くらいになっちゃったね。
　だけど、若いから治りも早いし、今で良かったと、考えれば考えられるよね。
　焦る気持ちはわかりますが、と、書きたいけど、そんな、一言では言えない気持ちはそれぞれにある。応援しているみんな、圭君と同じくらい焦りたい気持ちをこらえて、「その日」を信じて待ってる、と、思うことにしてください。みんなで待とう。
　あのうさびっちって初めて見たんですが、じっとみていると、ある人を思い出しました。それは、初めて優勝してテレビに出たころの圭君です。なんか、似てますよ。そう思ったことない？　ああいう感じに見えてました、あの頃。少なくとも自分には。けっこう悪くない、かわいい。
　いつか、ウインブルドンの芝生の上で、うさびっちがラケットぶんまわして優勝しているの、夢見てます。

あと一ヶ月ですか｡
もう少しです｡もう少し｡
自分自身を振り返って､本当に人生はジェットコースターに乗っているようなものと実感しています｡良くなったり､急転直下､「どうして？｣という苦杯を飲まされたり･･･

圭くんには時間がたっぷりあります｡
あの輝くような笑顔がみられる日を楽しみにしていますね｡

人間だもの。アップダウンがあって当たり前だと思いますよ。普通の人の私でさえ毎日いろいろな事があって泣いたり笑ったりです。圭君なんて今まさに青春時代（古っ！）なのですから、気持ちにブレがあって当然かと。壁にぶつかった時の私の対処方法は自分の気持ちをコントロールしようと必死になりすぎないことです。。。上手くいっている時もいかない時も「自分以上」じゃないし「自分以下」でもない。そんなありのままの自分自身を受け入れようと努力しています。圭君もこのブログにいろいろな感情をぶつけて下さいね。そして圭君もありのままの自分、アップダウンのある自分を受け入れて、そんな自分自身と上手に付き合っていけたらいいですね。もう一度言いますね。人間だもの。精神的なアップダウンは当たり前。１年３６５日、常に前向きでいられる人っていないと思いますよ。だから、前向きな自分も、そうでない自分も、自分自身なんだと認めて愛してあげて下さいね。近いうちに前向きな圭君がきっと戻ってくると思いますよ。明けない夜はないですから。

　ラケットが握れるようになれば、気持ちも前に前にきっと行ける。

先日投稿したけど長文でくたびれてしまって(入れ込みすぎか)、今日続きを書きます。
杉山選手が引退しました。最後まで輝きは少しも損なわれることはありませんでした。ツアーの仲間達、ライバル達に尊敬され、心から好かれていた様子で、ほんとに日本人の誇りだと思いました。
何年か前に新聞に杉山選手の記事が掲載されて、すごく印象的だったです。内容は詳しいことは忘れちゃったけど、ツアーで世界中を転戦する生活の中で、うまくいかないこと壁に突き当たって乗り越えられないこと、いろんなことに疲れて引退を考えた時期があった、と。でもある時立ち直れた。「毎日毎日つらいこと、さえないことばっか続いて、たま～にいいことがある。それが普通。」そう気づいてから楽になって、いろんなこと受け入れられるようになって、またもう一度やってみようって気持ちになった、という内容でした。
きっかけは何だったのか???特になかったのか???だけど、とにかくその記事を読んで、そっか～みんな(杉山選手でさえ)そうなんだーと、その頃またまた頭のてっぺんまでどツボにはまっていた私はすっごく救われた気がしました。
それから落ち込むたび、それが普通、特別じゃないと淡々と自分をなぐさめたり元気づけたりしてきました。あの記事はいい記事だった。
杉山選手、ありがとう。お疲れさまでした。
Kei、また明日、新しい一日が始まるよ～～!!

モーティベーションの持続って、本当に難しいですよね。
私は最近、潜在意識に働きかけることで有名な「マーフィーの法則」本を読んだのですが、「なんて他力本願、、、」と半信半疑で読みつつ、
これが結構、私には効きました。
最初は、「、、、宗教？」と、ちょっと抵抗があったのですが、
とりあえず、ネガティブなことを考える時間は減りました。

何を考えていても、やらなきゃいけないことも、前に進まなきゃいけないことも変わらないのなら、少しでも明るい気持ちでいたいですよね。
圭君が圭君のためにテニスをするために、
自分が納得できるよう、がんばってほしいです。

こんばんは、圭くん。更新してくれて有難う。
そういう気分の時は、なかなか書く気にもなれないでしょうに。
シャラポワが肩の怪我から復活して、相性のいい有明で優勝しましたね！圭くんはシャラポワとはお話したことないんでしたっけ？
彼女も、一時は試合でサーブがうまく打てなくて痛そうで辛そうでした。それで手術をしての復活ですよね。トップクラスにいたのに、きっと彼女も、我慢の日々だったと思います。
圭くんも、もうすぐ復活Ｖの日がきますよ♪今はわからないかもしれないけれど、ずっと後になって復活して、どんどん勝てるようになった時に、きっと今の時期のことに感謝する日がくると思います。絶対無駄なんてことないんですから！
私もすぐにあちこちに痛みがでて治療に通うので、凹むこと多々です。でもやっぱりテニスが好きで、やめられません。まわりの仲間と比較すると、全然練習できない日々が多くて、なんで･･･っても思いますけど、自分は自分と、あまり比べないようにして、マイペースで頑張ってます。
圭くん、素直な気持ちをまた書いて下さいね！私達ファンは、みーんな圭くんの味方なんですから、なぁんでも聞きますからね♪
ずーーーーっと応援してます。圭くんが、ニコニコ笑顔でいられますように☆祈ってます！
（火曜に有明でイベントあるんですって？仕事でいけません。。水曜にも来て。。。ｗ）

今年の楽天オープン欠場は、私たちにとっても残念ではありますが、
完治優先です。
来年、今年の分も大活躍してくれるよう期待して待っています。
錦織選手のいないテニストーナメントはつまらないです。
腕が治ったら、たくさんエアーＫ魅せて、海外でもいままでの分も爆発してくださいね。
２０１０年を首をなが～くして待っています。

圭君。素直な気持ちを聞かせてくれてありがとう。
そうだよね、ちょっといろいろ考えちゃったりするよね。でも、それはそれでいいんじゃないんかなぁ。「こんなんじゃだめだーー」って思うからしんどいよね。圭君は圭君であって、他の誰でもないので、おんなじようじゃなくても「だめだーー」じゃないと思います。「前向きな心の持ち方を見つけよう」としている段階で前向きですよん。あぁ、またあの圭くんの素敵なプレーが見れるなんて、それを考えただけでわくわくします。頑張って、しか言えないけど、頑張ってね。いっつも、いつまでも応援してます！

お久しぶりです。今は我慢の時期ですね。でも人間というものは
逆境をこえればこえるほど強くなるものです。自分をさらに強い人間になるための試練だと思ってください。守屋くんはメルボルンんで何度か
会いました。彼にもこれからがんばってほしいですね。二人で将来の日本のテニス会を背負ってください。来年の全豪楽しみにしていますが
無理せず１００％の体調にもどってから大会に参加してください。

予選初日はテニススクールのため駆けつけられず。。残念に思ってたのです。

昨日、楽天オープンのゲームのイベントで１年ぶりに
圭くんの笑顔がみれて癒されました！！
圭くんの笑顔にはホント癒されます。
会社をサボって行ったかいがありますよ。
ちなみに今日はまじめに働いておりますが(^^;)
いろいろとつらい時期でしょうが、時間は常に進んでいます。
