圭くんへの期待がついつい膨らみすぎてしまっていたかもしれません。もうすぐ試合の姿が見れるぞーなんてウキウキしちゃって。一番大事なことは、精神的にも肉体的にも１００％万全な状態で復帰することですね。復帰の日がだんだん近づいてきて
期待と不安が入り混じったような気持ちになると、やっぱりいろいろ考えてしまうというか、勝手に思い浮かんでしまうというか。一日一日を大切に過ごすこと、当たり前のようですがなかなか難しいことですね。でも、きっとラッキーが来る（笑）そう信じてますから！のんびりと見守っています。Kei, Enjoy your self!

練習も休みも今日出来ることをコツコツやる。大切なことですね。
練習できないときにイライラするのは仕方のないこと誰でもあること
です。考えすぎないで一日一日、一歩一歩の積み重ねです。

怪我前に近い状態から始めようと思わなくていいんじゃないかな。
ポイントもゼロに近くなったし、また、最初からチャレンジ。
現在のランク６００位？、あるいはポイントゼロのランクなしの選手と思って、始めればいい。
失うポイントはゼロ。勝てば勝っただけ、ポイントの積み重ね。
負けて失うものは何もない。１７歳くらいのころと一緒。
無名の新人ってことで。笑
前と同じ結果を最初から出そうと守りに入る錦織君じゃなくて、若きチャレンジャーとしての錦織君がみたい。
多くのファンも、そう思っていると思うよ。

人間ですからいろいろ考えちゃうのはしょうがないです。
誰かが「１年後に同じことで悩んでることはない」
って言ってました。確かに悩みは日々変化します。
だから今悩んでいることもどうせ１年後には解決してるか
他の悩みに取って代わってるだろうって
ごちゃごちゃ考えないようになりました。
あと、よく妄想して現実逃避いやリフレッシュしてます（笑）

怪我で長い間試合から離れていたので不安になるのは仕方がないですね。「案ずるより産むが安し」試合に出てみると何とかなるものですよ！！

私は、テニスは初心者ですけれども、左手の故障を克服して、
今、テニスが出来る事を幸せに思います。

はじめてコメントします。フレームにしか当たらない日とか、書いてましたが私は１試合で必ず２，３回はフレームショットで点をとっていました。：）
私は肩の故障でテニスを休んでいましたが、今筋トレしながら徐々にテニスを始めています。今の気分は’１日１歩３日で３歩、３歩進んで２歩下がる。’３６５歩のマーチという歌です。圭君はしっていますか？年代が違いすぎるから分からないと思いますが、圭君のご両親は知っていると思います。聞いてみては？来週の日曜日からはＵＳＴＡのテニスのリーグが始まります。リーグで試合をこなしながら、夏のトーナメントに向けて頑張ります。圭君も頑張ってください。こちらで試合があるときは応援にいきます。ＰＳ　cougarには気をつけてくださいね。笑

　あまり無理せず少しづつ前に進んでゆくのはどうですか？
　全力でかけぬけてしまっては見えないものもあるはず・・・(^^ゞ
　毎日肉体的にも精神的にもMax頑張ってるKeiくんには
　「頑張ってね！」はもう必要ないよね・・それよりも
　「今を輝いて(*^_^*)」なぁ～んてどうかしら♪♪♪
　子供の頃、テニスを始めたばかりに毎日楽しくて楽しくて
　仕方なかった時期ってありませんでしたか？
　・・今、我が家の9歳の娘が楽しそうにテニスのレッスンに
　通っているのを見てなんか原点を見たような気がしています。
　Keiくんにもそんな時期はありましたか？

自分で料理するとリラックスできるよね？
そういったこともコーチに指示されているのかな？
でもフェデラーが自分で料理していたとはとても思えないけど。
（ただ彼はガールフレンドがいたし、結婚したから必要ないよね？）
他にどんなメニューが作れるのかも教えて欲しいな!

僕も仕事がうまくいかなくて落ち込むことがよくあるので、目指していることは違うけれど同じなんだなぁと思います。（もちろん次元も違いますが）

納得できないということはそれだけ高い目標をもって練習ができているということだと思います。理想の自分、理想のプレイに向かってあえぐわけだから、つらいとは思いますが決してマイナスにはなっていないはずです。だから「1日1日の積み重ね」大賛成！

圭君自身の目標があると思うので「結果が出なくてもいい」とは言いませんが、どうか余計なものはしょい込まず自分のためにテニスをしてください。僕たちファンは圭君が元気にテニスをしている姿を見るだけでHAPPYですよ、涙が出るほど。

試合数を少ししぼって　またオジサンたちに興奮と喜びを与えて下さい。

フロリダの寒波、日本でもニュースになっていました！オレンジからツララがおりていたりしてビックリ (ノ゜O゜)ノ東京より寒いのでは････と心配でした。先週は気候の面でもテニスの面でもたいへんだったようですね。でも気候と共に圭くんのテニスも戻ってきているようで安心しました。
本格的な復帰目前で、自分と向き合って闘っている圭くんを思うと、ハワイまで応援に駆けつけたくなります！
「1日1日の積み重ねが大切」本当にそうですよね。過去や未来の自分ではなく、今現在の自分としっかり向き合うこと。しっかり1日をやり切って、自分が納得して前に進むことができれば、自信もついてくるし、迷いがなくなる気がします。腹をくくれれば、開き直れますもんね(^_-)-☆　私も肝に命じてがんばりま～すp(^^)q
肘の痛みは未知数なので、こればっかりはわからないですよね･････もし再発してしまったら付き合い方を考えていくしかないのかなぁ(?_?)　でも今それを考えてもしょうがないし、最善をつくしても出てしまったら、またその時考えるしかないですよ。
結果については、最初はもしかしたら厳しいことになるかもしれませんが、私たちファンは長い目で見守りますよ(o^-’)b　勝敗よりも自分の手応えとか、課題とか、いろいろ試行錯誤しながらでも前に進めれば良いのではないですか(^^)Y

見た目も美味しそうなサンドイッチですね。おにぎりも作るんですか。前にドキュメンタリーを見ていたら、やっぱりラーメンが食べたくなるなんていってましたね。わたしは、行列のできる・・・のとんこつ醤油が好きです。食べたいものを考えたり作ったりって、いいホルモンがでてメンタルにもいいみたいですよ。腰をすえてまってますから、あせらないで自分の体と気持ちを大事にして復帰してください。

僕もテニス肘になったことがあるので気持ちは分かります!!(今でも痛いですが)それでも、肘の痛みを気にしたりする事はありましたが、怖がったり恐れたりした事はありません!!だから圭君も肘の痛みを恐れないでこれからの練習頑張って下さい!!
料理をする事は最高の気分転換ですね!気分転換をしつつも頑張って次の大会から復帰してください応援してます!!
僕は、圭君が日本の大会で優勝した時からずっと見本にしてきました!!でも、僕にはあんなカッコイイプレーが出来ません（悲）でも、圭君のように１日１日の練習を真面目に真剣に集中して取り組めば圭君のようなプレーが出来るようになると思ってます!もし僕がプロの選手になったら一度試合したいと思っています!!それまでには、肘の痛みに勝っといて下さい!!

復帰直前のいろーんな不安な気持ち、すごく良く分かります。

圭君本人の本当の痛みや辛さはわからなくても、

それは復帰直前の今も、復帰した後もずっと同じ。
不安は大勢で一緒に吸収すればちっちゃくなり、

何かで読んだのですが、ミスチルの桜井さんも、
「スランプだー、スランプだー、と言っている時に限って
いい歌を書き上げてくる」方らしいです。
圭くんは「高熱で体調は最悪なのに勝っちゃった」り、
「勝てるとは思っていなかった強豪に勝っちゃった」り、
どうも先の読めない子（笑）ですが、
自分の夢を追いかける生き方を選んだ人は、
色々波もあると思うけど、何か行き詰まりを感じたときは、
「まあ、そんな時もあるさ」ぐらいで、
他人のくらだらないプレッシャーなど（もしあれば）全て無視して、
自分のペースで成長していってほしいです。

「継続は力なり」ですね。＾＾
自分は一つのことを続けるというのが難しいのでなんとなく１日１日を無駄にしている気がします。なので自分も錦織選手のように１日１日を大切にして練習もしていきたいです。
練習も回数ではなく１回１回に気持ちを入れて集中することが大切だと聞きました。１日１日を大切にすると同時に、練習も１回１回に集中することができるよう願っています。焦らず頑張ってください。ヾ(ﾟ▽ﾟ*)

一生懸命練習やトレーニングすることも、休むのも、思いっきりやれば前進ですよね！
錦織選手のペースで、１日を大切に頑張って下さい。

俺も今週、右肘の手術します。
今は思い切り治療に専念して、動かせる所はトレーニングして、頑張ろうと思います。

はじめまして。
私は趣味でテニスをしますが手首の甲の付け根をよく傷めていました。
痛めたときは、直るまで待つしかなかったのですが、最近思いつきで肩こりにきく磁石を貼り付けてみると回復が早くなり、再発しにくくなりました。
磁石は血行をよくする効果があるらしいので、血の流れがよくなることによる効果（自然治癒？）と勝手に考えいます。

プロのトレーナがサポートしているプロ選手に言うのは恐れ多いのですが、磁石なら他に害はなさそうなので、気が向いたら肘にでもいかがでしょう？

怪我に悩まされずのびのびプレイできるように応援しています。

圭君自身が１日１日を大事に・・・と書いているから心配は
要らないと思うけど、早く以前のレベルに・・・なんて思わ
ないで、体とよく相談しながらじっくりマイペースで進んで
下さいね。今は結果云々より無理せず焦らず試合勘を戻す、
なにより鍛えた体幹をも試す、文字通り試みて合わせる時期
じゃないかなあと思います。
昔コーチに推められて読んだ本に、追い詰めてやらなきゃ！
と思うセルフ１という自分と、まぁこんなもんかな～と思う
セルフ２が心にいて、いい結果に転ぶのはセルフ２の自分に
なれた時と書いてありました。（著者はトップランカーを育
てた人なのに名前を忘れちゃいました、ごめんなさい。）
圭君ならペースが戻ってくれば勝利は自然についてくるよ！！

プロもフレームに当てるんだ。そういう時はボールはどこへ飛んで行くんでしょうね。
ホームランになったり、後ろに行っちゃうんでしょうかね。
飛んでくるボールのスピードが全然違うんでしょうけれどね。

運動音痴の小っちゃいおばちゃんは
肘やプレイの事はさっぱり分かりませんが
サンドウィッチ食べる時もジュースなどの
冷たいものではなく、ホットミルクや紅茶、スープ等
温かいものを飲んでください。
プレイ後のクールダウンの目的以外は心がけて
温かいものを体に取り込んでください。
東洋医学的に血行が良くなります。

最近の男性って結構嫌がらずに家事しますよね。
サンドイッチ、美味しそうですね・・・。
うちの主人は何もしない人なので、家事が出来る男性が羨ましいです。

こんにちは。元気そうですね。

いろいろと考えてしまうのはわかります。頑張ってください。あばら骨を疲労骨折してあんまり練習が出来ないで少しいらいらしています。自分もコーチをしていてレッスンは何とか出来ていていますが、２月の試合もキャンセルしました。
世の中に起きることにはすべて意味があるので、自分のこれも何か教えてくれていると思います。にしこりさんの場合も何か意味があるんですよね。何かはいずれわかるのかもしれません。今の経験をこれからに生かせるように頑張ってください。体はきっと良くなりますよ。

1日1日を大事に
単純なようで、すごく大切なことだと感じます。
試合復帰の報告を見て嬉しくなりました♪(＾□＾*)焦る気持ちもあると思いますが、少しずつ感覚を戻していけたらいいですね。
そうですね、考えすぎると頭ぐちゃぐちゃなって疲れちゃいます。。orz　私はお香やアロマオイルのいい香りに包まれると、気分転換したりぐっすり寝たりできます☆

私もケイ君と差ほど年齢は変わりませんが。
私もプロ選手になりたく海外の小さな大会に現役の時はチャレンジしてました。
しかし、原因不明の怪我で指が曲がらなくなりテニスができなくなました。変わりに手術でできた大きな傷だけが右の手のひらに残りました。
２年と半年ほぼ毎日リハビリに通い大好きなテニスをしたいその一心でいましたが指は曲がるようになりませんでした。莫大なお金がかかりましが。。。(笑)
しかし、ケガから「近道は無い」という本当に大事な事を学びました。
今でも右手の傷はそういった形で辛い時「近道は無い」と私を励ましてくれます。　　
ケガも経験値のひとつだと思います。ここで学んだ事は絶対にこの先に行く過程でなんらかの形で生かせる事があるはずであり、ただのケガで終わらせずになんらかの形で生かすべきだと思います。
今はうまくいかずイライラする日もあるかもしれませんが、将来この怪我があったから今の自分があると言えるようなカッコいいケイ君になって下さい。
試合では楽しむことを忘れずにボールだけに集中して勝っても負けてもケイ君らしいテニスを期待しています！！！！！
