テニスは中学入学と同時に辞めてしまいましたが、今でも圭選手は私の憧れです。本当に大好きです！

ラケットをもてなくてイライラ。それで当初の予定時期より早くラケットをもって練習開始。
思い通りにいかなくてイライラ

ＪＴＡオンラインかな、以前、練習中に思い通りのショットが打てなくてラケットを投げてラケットがベースラインから、審判台のあたりまでころがっていく映像をみました。
サフィンより怖かったです　笑
申し訳ないけど、ブログでイライラ、こういう言葉を見ると、練習で感情的になってラケットを投げたり投げないまでも感情にまかせた無茶なショットや打ち込みをしている姿が浮かんできます。
やばそうだなと思っていたら、大体のそのあとに怪我とか･･･

イライラした感情をぶつけてテニスをしたりいろんな判断をするのは、腕に衝撃を与えたり、思わぬ怪我や悪化、判断ミスを招くと思います。

我慢と感情のコントロール、そして、冷静な判断なくしては、いつまでたっても抜け出せないし、また同じことが起きると思います。
我慢して少しずつ進まないと、結局、元の木阿弥でスタート地点に戻ったり、それどころか新たな致命的な怪我になったりすることもあると思います。
手術からせっかくここまで戻してきたわけですから、焦らず、慎重に、１つずつ確認しながら、段階をおって･･･
全仏前のようなことのないように祈ってます。
怪我からの状態で、すぐに元に戻るわけじゃないことは、みんな理解してますよ。
みんな、「痛みやはりのない状態で」、復帰するのを気長に待ってますから。

体調と全てが合致して100％出せるというのはまずない。神の領域です。

まぁ、自分に対しての言葉でもあるんですが。。圭くんteamの判断なら、それを支持します。
めっちゃ応援してるよ～。

「違和感」は体の重要なサインだと思います。
プロのテニス選手は、故障との上手い付き合い方を覚えるのも、
きっと仕事（？）の一部のはず。
圭くんは今その時期にたまたまさしかかっているのだから、
今回のケガで、上手いストレスマネージメント方法を見つけられると
きっと後々、また生かせることもあると思います。
例えば、インターネットで、マンツーマンの英会話とか、どうですか？
（私が最近、はまっているのですが。。。）
圭くんがアメリカにいる時は、基本的に周りがテニス関係者だから、
どうしても、頭からテニスが離れにくいだろうし、
しかも自分よりも年上の男性とのコミュニケーションが多いので、
気を張ることも多いはず。
自分と同世代の学生さんが先生をしているような英会話で、
テニス以外のこともしゃべりながら、色んな人の生き方に触れれば、
自分の今の状況も、少し俯瞰的に見れて、
「好きなテニスができる」今の状況をもっとポジティブに見られかも。
自分にあった、ストレスマネージメント方法が
これをきっかけに見つかるといいですね。

現在のトップ選手がとてつもないスーパーなプレーをしながらも大怪我などの大過なくここまでやってきているのを鑑みると、ケガとトップレベルは紙一重ながらも厳然とした差があるのではないだろうか。
所詮はアマチュアの印象でしかないけれども、ひとつの事実でしょう。もちろんケガの由来が未完成なフィジカルにあるのか、それともフォームにあるのかは現時点では結論づけられないでしょう。
何しろ、どんな有望な若者でもあのフェデラーには叶わないという状況では「よりよいもの」「より新しいもの」が必要なのだと思うし、これまでの常識だけでは真のNo.1にはなれないだろうから。
なかなかまとまらないけど、要するに自分の信じるものと信じる人のアドバイスを取捨選択して取り入れていくしかないんでしょう。万全での復帰を待ってます。

みんな元気な錦織選手が見たいんです。スキップでいいと思います。
焦って本調子じゃないのエントリーしてもいいことはありません。

せめて故障するならプロらしく下半身にして欲しいわ。

去年も２月に治りかけで復帰して裏目に出たと思うので。
ラケットの仕様を変更中なら、フォームや感覚にも微妙な影響があるでしょうしね。

再び本番のコートに立つには我々には想像できない
勇気がいると思うけど、でもそれがなければ
錦織圭の神話第二ステージは始まらないのだ。

ちゃんと対応すれば、いつか必ず良くなると思います。
成績が揮わなければ、批判的な意見も出るかもしれませんが、
期待の裏返しと考えてあまり気にせず、ポジティブに向って
いってほしい。
本人がいちばん辛いことは皆わかっていると思うので、

僕は、テニスが大好き中学生です。
僕も一度、両腕を骨折して一ヶ月以上もラッケトをにぎれませんでした。だからそのあと練習があまりうまくいかなかった苦しみもわかります。でも、その苦しみを乗り越えて、世界に羽ばたいてください！！
がんばれ！！

正念場ですね…思う通りに進まない状況、
もやもやの気持ちお察しします。

でもね、
「待ってて下さい」とか書いてくれて、優しい気持ちは凄く伝わるけど
みんな、どっちにしても、きっと待ってるんだから、大丈夫。
それに、錦織選手が、すごく頑張ってきたこの1年近くの事、
みんな、よく知ってるし、だから安心して！

だから今は自分の事だけ考えて、
ここは一番、開き直れ！

僕らは、無理をして試合に出て、痛みに顔を歪める姿は見たくないから、目下の大会に向けて調整を行い、無理ならそれを延期しても全然構いません。
とにもかくにも、圭君にとって一番いいタイミングで、笑顔でコートに戻ってきてくれる日を楽しみにしています。

早く試合をしたい気持ちがあるのに、なかなか実現しないもどかしさにイライラしてる事と思いますが、すべて世界チャンピオンになるための試練だと思って乗り越えてください。

正直まだ早いんじゃないかなぁ・・・とは感じていたので、
キャンセルされてホッとしました。
ラケットを握りだしてまだ2か月ちょっと。体が出してる
警告と思ってはやる気持ちも我慢かな。
日の出の勢いで快進撃していた時期の打球感、爽快感が記憶
にあるから、今の状態はもどかしくてイライラするのかも。
初心に戻って失うものが何もなかった時代に気持ちを戻すと
楽になるかもしれない。
周囲の期待やランキングに振り回されないようにマイペース
を貫いてね。
肘が徐々に治ってきて今は精神的にしんどい時期、心身をあげて
一打できる日を待ちましょう。

悪くなっているわけではないという錦織選手の言葉にほっとしてます。
最後のもうしばらく待ってください！！お願いします！という文章も本当に状態が悪かったら書けませんものね。
ファンは万全な状態での試合を期待していますので、今回の判断は素晴らしいと思います。サンノゼ、メンフィスも調子が悪ければ延期ぐらいの気持ちで楽に行きましょう！

又聞きですが、接骨の一流の先生にかかると体の痛みは、思わぬところに原因が発見される場合もあり、痛みが発生しないようなトレーニングがわかる場合も多々あるようです。
どのような治療やリハビリをやっているかまったくわからないですが、一流の接骨の先生とかに診てもらったりしたことはあるんでしょうか？参考になれば幸いです。

（的はずれかとは思いつつ…）万全の状態で、と思うあまり、自分の中で復帰のハードルを上げすぎている、ということはないですか。
プロテクトランキングを最大限活かしたい、周りの期待に応えたい、といったことを気にしすぎてしまっているとか。
肘の状態については、せっかくここまできたのだし、自分自身で完全に納得して判断してもらいたいですが、同様にテニスの状態・調子についても、長引いた分、「完全な納得」を求めている部分はないですか。
テニスの内容については、復帰後しばらくは試行錯誤しつつでいいと思います。試合結果も、この状況なら、どんな結果も考えられるでしょう。
もし仮に、すんなりランキングを戻せなかったとしても、少なくともトップ100の後半くらいまで戻せる力があることは、すでに証明できていると思う。すぐに戻せなくても、また上げていけばいいと思います。

本人のコメントを読んでも、おそらく見当はずれな指摘だとは思うんですが、ちょっと気になったのであえて書かせてもらいました。

私も昨年エントリーしていた大会をキャンセルしました。
(ヘタクソなのに恥ずかしいです～）
理由は8ヶ月前に受けた顎の手術の治りが悪かったためでした。
(テニスって結構歯をくいしばりますよね・・・・・）
1週間前まで無理して出ようか悩んでました。
でも今はあの時無理しないでよかった～～ってホントに思います！！！
体調は自分にしかわからないのだから色々言う人がいても気にしない気にしない！ファイトですっ！！

錦織くん・・今は、テニス生活を楽しむ事を第一に、ＩＭＧアカデミーやブラデントンでの生活を楽しんで行きな～。まったりとしたフロリダの環境で、自分のペースで頑張りましょう。
ＩＭＧアカデミーのセンターコートに、 ネームプレートが飾られたと言うことは、世界のテニス界に実力を見せつける事が出来た証拠だから、充分に日本のファンの期待にも答えたと思うよ。これからは、テニスを楽しむ事を前提に、トレーニングに励んでね。もし日本食に恋しくなった時は、コーティーズロード沿いにある「ＴＡＳＴＥ　ＯＦ　ＴＯＫＹＯ」で、寿司でも食べるといいかも・・。ＩＭＧアカデミー卒業生の私として、あの店のメニューには元気付けられました。やっぱり、日本人は米だよね。

シングルスを闘っている時。足のふくらはぎやがピクピクとしだすとボールを追いかけている時は夢中で気にならないのがコートチェンジのときなど痙攣がこないかと心配になり試合への集中力が薄くなります。不安がある状態で試合に臨むのは賢明ではありません。試合をパスして正解です。どうか肘の心配がなく闘える日まで辛抱してイメージトレーニングほかできる限りの準備だけは継続して取組んで下さい。焦らず急がず！応援しています。夢を忘れず強い意志を持ち続けて下さい。Ｓ．Ａ

2008のUSOでのFerrer戦、第4セットは結構心理戦だったでしょう。今を焦らないで、次に賭けるという潔さを持つのは大事だと思うんだよね。これもひとつの長い試合だと思えばいいんじゃない？ まだまだいくつもセットが続くんだし、ここは体力じゃなくて頭で攻めていくのもいいと思うよ。Let this one go, buddy.

大好きなテニスが出来るようになっただけでも去年から考えれば本当に良く頑張られたなぁと思います。
少しずつでも一つ一つ状況が上向いてきているだけでも嬉しく思っていますし、いつまでだって待ちます。

イライラしたら損ですよ(^_-)
肘の痛みが出ることはある程度想定内なのですよね。いくらリハビリやトレーニングを積んでも、実際ボールを打ったときの衝撃や、肘にかかる負担は全てカバーできるものではないと思います。筋肉は使うことによって細かい繊維が切れて、それを修復しながら成長していくのだと聞いたことがあります。肘も最初はある程度の痛みと付き合いながら、少しずつ強化していくものなのではないですか？
ここで焦って振り出しに戻っては元も子もありません。肘の痛みが想定内のものなのか、オーバーワークではないのかを慎重にじっくり見据えながら復帰は考えるべきだと思います。肘からのメッセージを受け取れるのは圭くん自身しかいないのですから、じっくり会話して決めてくださいね。イライラしている暇なんてないですよ(^_-)
WOWOWさんの放送もあるようですが、そこは無理をしないようにしてください。仮にパスするようなことになっても、理解してもらえると思いますよ。
気分転換の方法を見つけて、しっかり自分をコントロールしてください。いつでも応援しています(＾-＾)ノ~~
