初めてコメントします。
マジメな錦織君のことです、復帰のためにだいぶ頑張ってることでしょう。
練習やリハビリ以外の時間、できるだけ他のことをして気分転換できたらいいかもと思いました。
友達と話したり遊んだり、買い物したり、色々。
ちょっとずつでもリフレッシュして、あまり考えすぎないように乗りきってください。もう少しで終わるって思う時が一番きつい時だと思うのです。
少しでも気楽に今の状態を過ごせたらいいですね。

思うように体が治らなくてつらいですね。
でもきっと大丈夫、大丈夫！

本当にもどかしくて辛いと思います。でも、いつ痛みが消えるか誰にもわからないし、あまり考えすぎないようにね。少しのあいだでもリフレッシュ出来たらいいですね。圭くんはやさしいから、まわりの人達のことも気にしてしまうけど、それは心配いらないと思いますよ。一番大事なことは、錦織圭がコートで元気に暴れまくること、輝くことをみんなが望んでいるんですよ。みんなわかっています。大丈夫です！まだまだチャンスはいっぱいやってきますから！

私は膝を痛めて永いのですがコラーゲン・コンドロイチン・牛筋コラーゲンで痛みがとれました。

俺は錦織選手と違ってテニスを始めたのが高校からでした。
（今年高３です）
だから正直言ってプロで上の世界で戦っていくのは
無理だと、周りに思われてると思います。（まだ諦めてませんけどね笑）
だから今の敵は相手の選手ではなく「才能」と「努力」の戦いです。
むしろ対戦相手は栄養剤です笑
俺は錦織選手と同じプロの土を踏んで戦う事が夢です！
だから俺がプロになるまで世界のトップに君臨しててください。

”待つ”事はファンの楽しみの一つですよ

つらいよね。私も心で泣いています。でも嬉しい思いも沢山させてもらったしこれからもできると思っているからから気にしないでください。コーチだってこういうことは、いやっていうほど経験しているでしょうから心配いらないと思う。修造さんだって怪我と病気に何度も何度も苦しんだようだし、圭君のまわりのトミー・ハースもテイラー・デント、秀さんの友達のアナ・クルニコワもシャラポワもオリバーさんが担当しているアンチッチも。グレンさんだって選手だったわけだから圭くんのつらさは、わかっているから大丈夫。
秀さんに愚痴を聞いてもらいましたか。優しそうな方ですね。
ここでは思いっきり愚痴ってください。

辛い状況ですね。
何もできませんが、とにかく肘が全快することを祈ってます。
錦織選手がこの状況を乗り越える日がきたら、いろいろなことで
悩んだり苦しんだりしてる人にも、勇気や希望を与えてくれると思います。
ずっと応援してますね!

あせんなって　２５歳でトップ５０でいいじゃないか。日本人は体が出来るのに時間が掛かるって。

学校に通っていれば、毎日朝起きて、朝から机にじっと座って人の話を聞いて６時間授業。塾に通っていれば、さらに家に帰ってから塾でも机に座ってお話し聞いてさらに数時間。
会社に勤めていれば、毎日朝起きて満員電車で出勤してデスクにかじりつき残業あれば夜遅くまで。
それを数ヶ月どころか何年も。
他の社会だってそんなもんです。
我慢が必要なところで我慢をすることは、今後怪我をしないためにもキーポイントになってくるのではないでしょうか。
あと少しの所まで来ているのに積み上げた積木を最後の１つのところで苛ついて山を崩してもしょうがないと思いますから。
あと少し。
悩むより、怪我をしないために必要なことをいろいろ研究したり、もっと生産性のある前向きなことを考えた方がいいと思います。
他の競技のスポーツ選手も含め、怪我をしない選手はどういうことをやっているから怪我をしないのか１人ずつレポートにまとめて分析してみるとか。
共通点が見つかるのではないでしょうか。
自分ならではの分析や発見やヒントがあると思います。
コートでの楽しみとは別に探求や発見のおもしろさがそこにあるのではないかと思います。
トップアスリートの人は、そういう自分ならではの探求も楽しんでいる人なんじゃないかな（みんな喜々としてトップアスリートならではの発見や秘訣を話してくれる人が多いですよね。）。
怪我をしない人の共通点として感じるのは、止まるべき時に止まる判断力（我慢力）、生活や体調、道具なども含めた事前の準備力、自分の身体、あるいは人間の身体への探求力、それを楽しむ能力・・・。
コート以外にもやることはあるしそこには楽しみもあるし今後に必ず役に立つというか必要なことだという気がします。

焦ることないですよ。
時間がかかってもきちんと治療してください。
もちろん愚痴も聞きます！
辛い時はお互い様です。
また楽しそうに気持ち良さそうにコートを駆け巡る姿を見せてくださいね。

「苦あれば楽あり」どんな人にも苦難や苦悩はあります。かなりナーバスになってますが、アスリートはこれを乗り越えないと強くはならないですね。あと何年か経った時に「あの時は苦しかったが、それがあったから今の自分があるんだ」と思う日が必ず来ると思いますよ！！！
焦らず、腐らず、根をあげるな、自分を信じて！！！

IMG側の肘の状態の説明ではすぐにでも復帰できるようなニュアンスでしたが錦織選手のコメントで今だ肘に痛みがある状態であることがわかりました。滅入る気持ちを堪えつつ、こればかりは錦織選手の言うように、治すことが第一、もう開き直ってどっぷり治療に専念するのがベストでしょう！
実戦によってリハビリ後の肘の状態を試せる部分もあると思うので復帰の判断は悩むところだと思いますが、万全なコンディションでコートに戻ってくるのを楽しみにしてます！

もしもし・・何をそんなに悩みこんでいるんですか？錦織くんが決めた道なのですから、ＩＭＧアカデミーでの生活を楽しんで下さいな。確かに、ＩＭＧアカデミーでの毎日の生活は退屈です。私も、６か月留学していた者なので気持ちはよくわかります。私の場合は、午前中にインターネクサス（現：ユニバーシティー・オブ・マイアミ）で英語を勉強して、午後はＮＢＴＣ（ニックボルテリーテニスセンター）で週６日テニスに励み、学校の連休時にＮＢＴＡ（ニックボルテリーテニスアカデミー）で練習をしてました。錦織くんのように、ＮＢＴＡで毎日練習が出来るのが羨ましい限りです。ＩＭＧアカデミーでの英語の授業だけでも、１６０万円もかかったんですよ～。確かに、ブラデントンは田舎町なので錦織くんのような若者には苦かもしれません。昔、近藤大生さんは「実家が田舎町なので、ブラデントンのような田舎町は地元に似ていてあっています」と、私をＩＭＧアカデミーからホームステイ先まで送ってくれた時に言ってました。
錦織くんがブラデントンを楽しむ方法として、地元の友達がたくさん出来れば良いのですが・・ＩＭＧアカデミーだと、せっかく仲良くなった友達はプログラム終了と同時に帰ってしまうのが辛い流れです。わたしは８年経った今でも、ＩＭＧアカデミーやＮＢＴＡに務める仲間達、地元の友達がいる関係で、ＩＭＧアカデミーを毎年訪れています。一昨年１０月、錦織くんと大人用ブッフェでお会いして「日本人として、ＩＭＧアカデミーを盛り上げてくれてありがとう」と言った事を覚えていますかね・・。今は、選手として様々な事を悩んでいると思われますが、きっと前向きな良い答えが出てくるはずです。公私ともに、バランスの取れた良いリズムを作りあげてくださいね。ＩＭＧアカデミー経験者として、温かく見守っています。がんばって・・！

自分は、圭君なんかよりも相当飽きっぽい性格だと思います。
専門家に憧れているんだけど、専門分野をやるときに、他の事をあきらめるのがいやで、いわゆる2足のわらじどころか、5足も10足もはいています。
煮詰まったとき、自分の好きなことをいやになるのが悲しいので、
そういうときは、全然違うことをします。そっちに結構ハマります。
でも、煮詰まっても仕様のない時に、別のことやっているのが、本職（一応本職はある）にとって、ピンチ脱出の手がかりをつかんだりもするんですよね。
といっても、こういうことを勧めているのではありません。すみません、余計なこと書いて。

やっぱりマイアミ欠場はつらい決断だったんですね。
怪我をせずに順調にいってたら、ここには今頃２倍３倍のコメントがあったかもしれませんが、それらがすべて本当のファンなのか判別つきませんよね。いまここにこうして書き込んでる人たちは間違いなくあなたの本物のサポーター。一生モノだと思います。今のうちに覚えてくださーい、なんてね♪

欠場が「最善の選択」だと思います。

そして、今やってはいけないことは、「焦って先を急がないこと」です。

この正念場はもうすぐ乗り越えられるかもしれないし、

はじめまして、私は日本にいるあなたのファンの男性です。
２年前のAIGオープンの時、あなたの公開練習と試合を見て物凄く感動しました。そしてあんなに目を輝かせているあなたを見て好きなテニスがもっと大好きになりました。

ですが、私はあなたに今「頑張って」とは言えません。
あなたは私たちが思っている以上に悩み、苦しみ、自分の立場、周りからの期待に応えなきゃいけないと苦悩されているのだと思います。
その苦しみは私には決して想像できないものだと思います。

私事ではありますが、昨年に仕事で会社の周りの人や親、家族からの期待に必死にこたえようとして悩みがあっても「我慢することが男」と決めつけて打ち明けることができず、心身ともに自分の限界を超えてしまい、体調を悪くしてしまいました。

私は錦織様には同じようになって欲しくありません。

「つれがうつになりまして」という本にいい言葉がありましたので転載します。

決してご無理をなさらぬよう、お体には気を付けてください。

１ファンより。

私達の想像以上につらいと思います…。　私は仕事も人生も数えきれないくらい、壁にぶち当たってますが、その度に読んでるものを紹介します。

かなえたい夢に向かって旅に出た。
草原、湖、森を抜け、どんどん進んでいく。
やがてトンネルに入り、真っ暗闇の中、手探りで進んでいく。
行っても行っても真っ暗、どこまで行ったら、ゴールにたどり着くのか…。
そんな矢先、目の前に現れてきたのは大きな石の塊…そこは行き止まり。
押しても、何をしても、びくともしない。大きな岩で行く手がふさがれ、なすすべなし。
進むことをあきらめ、仕方なく、もと来た道を引き返す。
途中、帰り道の方向から歩いてくる人と出会い
「この先、行っても、行き止まりですよ。」と教えてあげる。
「え？そうなんですか、教えてくれてありがとう！」
親切なことをした気分にひたり、２人仲良く、来た道を引き返していく。
でも、実は･･･
行き止まりと思った所は、行き止まりではなく最後の試練の場所…
つまり、ゴールだったのだ。
上の方では、既にそこをクリアした人達が２人を見て、口々に言っている。
「ああ～！引きかえしちゃったよ！」
「もう少しだったのにね。」
「みんなあそこであきらめるんだよね～。」
「残念だよな。ゴールは目の前だったのに。」
「しかも、後から来た人は、間違った情報聞いて、感謝しちゃってるよ…。」
「親切な事したって思ってるよ。自分だけでなく、他人の可能性まで奪ってしまったとも知らずに…。」

望むもの、手に入れたいものが、大きければ大きいほど、試練も大きい。
いいところまで行ってるのに、目の前にやってきたピンチは、実はチャンスだと気づかずに、ただただ自分の行く手を阻むものだと思い込んでしまう。
そうやって、ほとんどの人がゴール寸前に行っておきながら、あきらめていく。
それをつかむかどうかは、つかもうとするかどうかだけ。あきらめないか、どうかだけ。
勇気を出すか、出さないかだけ。心の底から望めば、きっと手に入る。必ず手に入る。

錦織選手へ、

日々無駄なことなど決して無いし、悪いこと苦しいことがずっと続くことは絶対に無いですから、ゴールの先にいる良い自分をしっかりイメージして、前向きにがんばってください。今の苦しい時期が将来必ずプラスに転ずる糧になりますから！

どうも、初めてコメントさせて頂きます。

圭さんの気持ちは非常に分かります。自分が賭けているものが本当に上手くいかない時っていうのは、誰しも最悪な気分になりますよね。賭ける気持ちが強ければ強いほど、イライラやもどかしさが募る・・・みたいな。

僕は26歳で金融業界で働いているのですが、僕のような仕事でもそういった気持ちになることがあります。僕は、自分で言うのもおこがましいけど一応日本を代表する大学を出た後外資系に進んでいて、いつかはナンバーワンの投資家になるのが夢ですが、そうは言っても退屈する日々もあります。上司がマジでむかつくことも、まぁ結構あります。

僕のアドバイスは、結局1つ（圭さんの場合はテニス）のことには必ず波というのがあって、良い時期と悪い時期というのが絶対あるので、その時期には思い切って別のことに熱中することですね。というのは、そうじゃないと悪い時期を乗り越えて1つのことが続けられないからです。

僕の場合は自分の気の許せる友達と2泊ぐらい旅行に言って、ひたすら童心に返ります。やっぱり、悪い時期ほど大好きな人と仕事はほったらかして遊ぶ、ぐらいの方がちょうどいいと思うんです。そうすると、さすがに遊びすぎて、徐々にまた仕事への情熱が戻ってきて、また上手く回りだす、みたいな。

多分、1つのことを極めるためには、ずっと続けることが最低条件で、そのためには敢えてそこから完全に離れて何かに打ち込める（遊べる？）ものを見つけておくことが本当に大事だと思います。

圭さんのテニス人生はこの先まだまだ長いんだし、例えば僕だったら敢えて日本に帰ってきて家族と1週間どっか温泉でも行って色々あーだこーだ話をする、とか最高だと思いますけどね。悪い時ほど、きっとそういう普段の生活から感じることはあるんじゃないかなと思いますよ。

坂本秀さんのツィッターに錦織君とゴルフしたりＤＶＤをみたって書いてありました。食事の様子も日本食にいったり、錦織君がイタリアンを紹介したりと最高に楽しそうな様子。
伊達さんのブログにも食事のときの元気な写真がアップされていたのでちょっとびっくりしました。
肘もあと少しの痛みが残るところまでもってきたということのようですし。
マイアミの欠場はもう少し我慢して完全に治してしまった方がいいだろうなと思っていたのでむしろ良かったと思ってます。
ここで完全に治してしまうと思ってくれる方がよほどうれしいです。
もう１つは、今回の怪我を振り返って問題点や反省点を修正することに力を注いでくれる方がよほどうれしいですね。

今は、辛い時かと思いますが、焦らず肘を完治させて、良いイメージを持ち続けて貰えるとうれしく思います。
必ず乗り越えられる日が来ます。

辛いと思いますが、今は我慢です。
焦っても何も生まれません。
今は、体の充電をしなければならない時ですが、
同時に心の充電期でもあります。
体が万全の状態になった時、メンタル面でも充実できているよう、
今を大切にしてください。
今だからこそ出来ることもたくさんあるはずです。
後々、「あの期間があったから」と思える日がきっと来ますヨ！

こんにちは
肘を伸ばした際に痛みがあるという症状、自分も味わったことがあるので思わずコメントさせてもらいました。
自分の場合柔らかいボールを中指、薬指、小指の３本の指で繰り返し握ることで克服しました。

もし自分の想像通りならば、肘を伸ばした状態でこれをやると少し痛みがあると思うので痛みがでない程度に肘を少し曲げてこの運動を繰り返してください。うまく行けば痛みなく徐々に肘を伸ばしていくことができるようになると思います。

当然手術までしなくてはならなかった錦織選手と自分とでは症状の深刻さが雲泥の差でしょうが、もしかしたらメカニズムは同じかもしれませんのでダメもとでコメントしてみました。ただ万一このエクササイズで完治したら、いつか来日時に錦織選手のヒッティングパートナーに１時間なれる権利を自分にください（笑）。

初めて、メールします。
私は、錦織君の幼少育った、松江市のすぐ隣の米子市で
下手なテニスを続けている　４５歳の　テニス馬鹿です。
私の後輩には、“小学生の錦織に４－１ＵＰから負けた！”と
自慢する輩もいて何となく錦織君を身近に（勝手に！）感じてました。

さて、長期の戦線離脱、リハビリ、etc...。落ち込みますよね。
でもね“止まない雨は無いように、必ず、陽はさして来ます”
その時に、“素敵な羽根で舞い上がる”為に、
目の前の課題にチャレンジしてください。

山陰は、テニス後進国ではありますが、
こんな事例があります。
大学からテニスを始めた現在４６歳の一教師が、
なんと、数年前、アマチュアの世界大会に日本選抜として
出場しました。その方は、現在も、マスターズの世界（日本）では
上位にいます。その方が、テニスを始めたのが　１８歳なんです。
プロの世界とは次元が違うかもしれませんが、“努力する姿”に
何のかわりもありません。

努力するのは“自分の為”であり、結果としてファンを喜ばせる
のですから、“わがまま”で、“自分勝手”に、
テニスを楽しんでください。
評価するのは、後世の歴史家（テニス評論家）にゆだねましょう。
コナーズだって、マッケンローだって、アガシだって、当時と後世では
評価が違うんですから．．．。

でも、心が折れかけたときは、地元、松江のミュージシャンの
“六子”の歌声でも聴いてください。多分、癒されます。

こういう時こそ、好きな漫画読んだり、自分の興味のあることを勉強したりするのもいいのではないでしょうか？横山三国志とかおもしろいし、人生について考えさせられます。
読書は目が悪くなるからしてはいけないのでしょうか？ブルーベリーはお薦めです。

こういうのも変ですが、テニスが圭くんの全てではないし、今しかできないこともあると思うんですよ。

俺はゆっくりやればいいと思います。

マイアミの断念は楽しみにしてた分、とても悔しいですね。
これまでの日記でマイアミに向けて、気持ち的にも盛り上がり回復してる圭さん様子を感じていたので、私も悲しいです。。

去年を経験した分とっても客観的にコメントされているなあと
思いました。
怪我が治るまで色々試してみてはいかがでしょうか？
例で栄養面でいえば
ストレスで朝すっきり目が覚めないなら（私がやったことがあるのは）
　寝る前に蜂蜜入りホットミルクを飲む（セロトニンを増やす）
　毎日セロリ食べる、にんにくを食べる、牡蠣を食べる（亜鉛）
　セントジョーンズワートを摂取するなど
怪我の治りがよくなるためにも多めに摂取したほうがよい栄養とそれを含む食品を調べて圭君の体にあった摂取方法を毎日の生活で試してはいかがでしょう？
もうすでにやってるかもしれないけど。。。
メンタルでは
　建設的に考える＆考えないですね。
毎日同じで飽きたなあと思ったら可能な範囲で変化を加えることです。たとえば、毎日違う道を通るとか新しいお店、街に行ってみるなど
いかにいつもと違うことをするかも考え試してみては☆
また周囲の方へは感謝を伝えて一緒にがんばっていくしかないのでは。
一方で一人で気分転換することも大事ではないでしょうか。
答えのない悩みは疲れるだけです。
無理にシャットアウトするのもストレスだそうですから無理なく
他に意識が行くように出来るといいですね。

テニス界の事はまったく分かりませんが僕も寝る前にいろいろ考え事をします。不安を抱えながら寝る事もよくある事です。そう言うとき、僕は聖書の一部を読みます。

北欧に住んでいます。2008年のストックホルムオープンでお会いできたこと、今でも嬉しい思い出です。

今冬は長く厳しかったですが、ようやく春の気配を感じています。こちらの植物は、春が来ると圧倒的な勢いで成長し、数日で一面を春色に変えてしまうのがとても印象的です。地上に目を出すまでの間、彼らはきっと人知れず粛々と準備をすすめ、発芽するのにベストなタイミングを虎視眈々と狙っているのでしょう。ひとたび芽を出したなら躊躇なく前進あるのみです。

私も、もうずっと以前から、痛みが出たら治療し、、、
という生活を続けているテニス愛好家です＾＾
私は、激痛があるのに、整形外科の検査では原因がわからず、
もらった薬も効かず、途方にくれていた時に出会ったのが、
東洋医学系の治療です。
実は、体の中に原因があったようで、びっくりです。
（内臓の機能が落ちていたり、体の冷えだったり等等）
体って、いろんな部分が助け合って、関連しあって
動くようになっていて、ひとつバランスがおかしくなると
違う所にも影響がでてきてしまいます。
当然、肘が痛くて患部を治療しても、実際は
別に原因があるからちゃんと完治しない、
そういうことらしいです。ほんとに不思議です。
私は治療をしていると、別の所が疼いてるのが
わかる時があります。関連してる箇所でした。

まだまだ子供の時から、家族と離れアメリカで生活し、
トレーニングをしている圭くんにも、色々負担が
きているのかもしれません。
なので、肘の痛みが別の所からきていないか、
一度だめ元ででも、調べてみたらどうかな・・・と
実は以前から思っていました。
（既に調べていたらごめんなさい）

圭くんのテニスが大好きで、いつも応援しています。
治りたい！という気持ちが、一番の薬かとも思います。
時々ブルーになることがあっても、あきらめないでね。
またきっと思いきりやれる時がくるから！！^^

過酷なプロツアー、再始動するのに色々あると思います。
その昔、グラフとベッカーの太腿の様な肩の筋肉を１ｍの至近距離で見た時、（サバティーニとレンドルも細く見えるけど凄かった・・・）
日本人がこの筋肉を鍛錬だけで手に入れられるものかと恐れを抱いた事があります。
圭君はこの化け物のような凄い筋肉を持ったサイボーグ欧米人達と戦っている訳でメンテナンスにたくさん時間をかけるのは当然ですよ、迷惑なんて考えないでね。
（マイケル・チャンが出てきた時はアジア選手の可能性が期待できて凄く嬉しかった！テニスは筋肉をつけすぎてもダメで柔軟性が必要だから彼は凄く体が柔らかかった。怪我も減らせるそうですね。）
悩む事も多いと思うけど、焦らず美味しい食事をしっかり取って調整して下さいね。
去年のブリスベーンでのベルディヒ戦（あれがネックだった試合だけど）シビレました！！連続してあの試合ができるといいですね・・・
圭君は積んでるエンジンが凄すぎて容れものである体を作っているところなんだろうな・・・と思います。
待ちます、なんぼでも！！だから焦らないでね。

lol a couple of the reviews bloggers write are silly and unrelated, there are times i wonder whether they at all read the post before writing or whether they just look at the subject of the blog post and compose the very first thought that drifts to their minds.
