昨日は深夜に無事家に帰ってきました！
いつもは車の中ではすぐ寝ちゃうのですが
昨日は6時間ドライブにもかかわらず一睡もできませんでした。
長い試合が終わった後など興奮やアドレナリンで夜寝付けない時がありますが
そんな感じでした。
今日は軽いトレーニングとマッサージをしました。あとヘアカット。笑
明日試合なので体をほぐす程度でしたがさすがに体がカッチカチです。
自転車20分、ランニング20分で汗をかいて、体幹、ストレッチしました。
まだ体に疲労は残ってますが明日はもう試合なので
気持ちを切り替えて頑張りたいと思います。
今週の大会はテニスより気持ち、体と戦うことになりそうです。
まず気持ちをちゃんと切り替えないといけないことと、
体の様子をみながら試合を進めていかないといけません。
肘のこともあるので慎重に行きたいと思います。
明日試合があるので手短に先週の大会を振り返りたいと思います。
一番キーとなった試合は2回戦のJames Word選手との対戦でした。
ほぼ毎ポイントラリーが長くほんとにバトルという感じでした。
この試合をものにしたことで自信がついたのだと思います。
その後は理由は分からないけど覚醒しまして、自分から打っていく球も伸びが出てきて
ディフェンス、オフェンスとしっかり切り替えができるようになってました。
決勝の日はかなり緊張していました。
もちろんここまできたら優勝したいのでその分プレッシャーも増えてたのかもしれません。
ブログではかなり冷静に書いてましたが決勝に進めたこともけっこう嬉しかったんです↑
いざ試合になると冷静な自分がいて出だしこそ相手のプレーが上回ってましたが
ゲームが進むにつれてラリーの主導権を自分が握れるようになってました。
さっきも言いましたが守りから攻めに変えることが上手く出来てたのだと思います。
2セット目に関してはすごい集中できいて毎ゲームベストのテニスができてました。
優勝したというより優勝しちゃったという言葉の方が当てはまっていると思います。
優勝するという事はまだ遠くに見えてたので今は少しビックリもあります。
チャレンジャーといえどこのレベルで優勝できた事には意味があると思うので
これを期に自分のテニスが良くなってくればいいです↑
そして
復帰からここまでこれたことにいろんな方に感謝です。

いろんな方達の支えがあり今こうして痛みがなくテニスができています。
今いる自分は決して自分の力だけではないのでそれを忘れず
テニスが出来ることに感謝しつつ、これからも上を目指して頑張ります。
では明日からは気持ちを切り替えてまた頑張りたいと思います。

残るかもしれませんが、無理な力が入らないように。。。
集中と粘りさえあれば圭クンにとって「自分のテニス」が
自然に出来そうな気がします。

・・・ 少しは疲れが取れましたか?
２Ｒ後に、「この試合負けたとしてもいいプレーはしてました。」と言ってましたが、
２Ｒがやはり覚醒のキーとなった試合だったんですね。
「覚醒」の理由は３時間の超バトルを制した自信と
実戦の長いラリーの中で「勝負勘」が戻ってきたのでしょうね。
「自信」が「ボールの伸び」を与え、「ディフェンス、オフェンス切り替え」とは
つまり試合を組み立てる「勝負勘」でしょうから・・・。
勝ちにこだわらずに「常にチャレンジ精神」で、勝っても負けても
「この試合負けたとしてもいいプレーはしてました。」と言えるテニスは強いです。
これ以上のテニスは誰にも出来ないのではないでしょうか。
勝つことを目的とせず、「自分のテニスを貫くことを目的とするテニス」・・・
そして、結果的に勝てば最高ですが、例え負けても「いいプレーができた」と言える。
勝ちにこだわらず、結果は後から付いてくる。勝っても負けても「納得！」です。
しかし、そのようなテニスが許されるのはプロでもごく一部の「選ばれし人」だと思います。
貴方は間違いなく、その一人です。小さくまとまってはいけない。大きく羽ばたいて下さい！！！
優勝してしまうと、周囲も次を期待するし、自分にも「欲」が出やすいのが人間です。
しかし、過去の経験から学んだこと・・・特に怪我、故障を繰り返さないためのノウハウは
繰り返しチェックする必要があります（プロのスタッフが付いているから大丈夫でしょうが・・・）。
次も、あなたの結果に拘らない「納得のいくテニス」を観たい。
私たちサポーターも貴方への応援を徹底して貫きますよ。。。

来月からサッカーのワールドカップ南アフリカ大会が始まりますが、チャレンジャーの大会で優勝するってことは、ある意味ワールドカップで優勝するより大変なことだと思います。なんせスタッフやサポーターは別にして、一人で戦っているんですから。私の住んでいる、静岡県の御殿場にも、沢山の小学生がテニスの試合でがんばっています。いつか会いに来て、その（ライヴ感覚）を教えてあげて欲しいです。
ううう・・、圭くんの感謝の言葉に涙、涙。。。
ほんとに一番つらかったのは、圭くんなのに。。。
でもそれを乗り越えたからこそでしょうか。

６時間のドライブと書いてあったので、アドレナリンでまくってスピードだして事故ったりしないでよ～・・なんて、
勝手に圭君がハンドルにぎって一人で帰ってくるのかと心配してました 笑 お疲れなのにそんなわけないよね。アハハ
これからまた、ワクワクするようなことがいっぱいおきる予感がします。でも、無理だけは禁物ですよ～
試合が終わって間もない移動で、身体がまだON状態だったのですね。ヘトヘト･･･疲れきっているのに眠れない (-.-;) って辛いですよね。今日はちゃんと眠れましたか！？
髪の毛は伸ばしていたのではなく伸びちゃっていたのですね(^.^)
さっぱりして気分も切り替わったのではないですか(^_-)
それにしても、先週は本当に大きな＆大きな収穫でしたね！
2回戦試合結果ももちろんですが、試合後のコメントを拝読して、試合内容にも納得がいった感じが伝わってきたので、圭くんのテニスが戻ってきはじめているのかなぁと思っていました。ずっと抱え続けていた不安感から解放されたのかもしれませんね(^^)Y☆
決勝まで進めて＆決勝も勝ちきることができて、本当に素晴らしいです(o^-’)b
圭くんを支えてくれているスタッフの方々も、みんな自分のことのように嬉しいと思います。

毎日今日の試合はなんじからかなあ～とワクワクしていました。
ライスコ応援でもサービスリターンうまくいってる～

調子が良いからと言って、無理はしないでくださいね。秋に日本で試合を見れるのを楽しみに待っているファンが多いですから。くれぐれも怪我の無いように、用心してください。

準々決勝から鬼のように強くなりましたもんね。相手のサービスは、ブレークしまくりで。ちょっと相手に気の毒？になるくらい。相手はビッグサーバーだったのに！！
「覚醒しちゃった？」ってファンも囁きあっていましたよ。スイッチ入った圭クンに怖いものはありません。ロジャーもスイッチ入ると神業のようなプレーしますよね。圭クン、絶対前より強くなって帰ってきちゃいましたよね。大会が進むにつれ、スコアが圧倒的になっちゃうのが面白い。普通は逆なのに！！
私達はプレーやスコアから、圭クンの状態を想像するだけだけど、あとからブログで圭クンの話をきいて、答え合わせしてる感じで嬉しいです♪♪毎回コメントしてくれて、本当に本当に嬉しいですよ☆☆☆ありがとう♪ありがとう♪ありがとう♪ 圭クンの試合があると、毎日の楽しみができて、生きてるのがワクワクします。応援してるよ～！

今日も強すぎです！6-1、6-1 の圧勝でした^^;
ポイント間も早かったので、体力温存できたみたいです。
相手の子は17才、エースも多いけど、ダブルフォルトもそれ以上
まだまだ粗削りでしたね。今日の試合が良い経験になったと思います。
それにしても、圭は、試合では容赦ない、鬼ですね^^;
普段の圭は、シャイでとてもやさしい子なのに～！！！
まあ、その落差がたまらないんですけどね＾＾）／

今回公式ライスコでの観戦で、フォルト、エースが確認でき、試合の妄想（？）がより具体的だったかも？＾＾
相手サービスの1stセット6Gで、相手のエースが3本もあった時は、相手が覚醒した！？とちょっとビビリましたが、それ以外は危なげなかったでしょうか。
2回戦はDent選手がリタイヤ負けした相手（Dent選手も心配。。。）
