先日行われた１回戦は残念ながら負けてしまいました。
vs ガスケ 3-6 3-6
今日は何を書けばいいのかなかなか思いつきませんでした。
書いては消しての繰り返ししてます。笑
試合後は気持ちが乱れていて
わけがわかんなくなってましたが
今はもう自分の中で整理がついています。
なので自信をもっていこうと思います。
少し道を失いかけましたが１日経った今は大丈夫そうです。
１回戦にしてはもちろん簡単な相手ではなかったですが
今回の試合に対してうまく戦えてない苛立ちがありました。
相手との駆け引きだったりペース配分だったり)
大事なポイントは全部相手に取られてました。
やっぱりどんな相手でも負けるのは悔しいです。
これを繰り返さないように自信を失わないようにこれからもやっていきたいと思います。
今の課題は自分のテニスに自信を持つこと。
強い精神力を持つことです。
今日はウィンブルドン在中のいざわケイさん家にお邪魔し、
添田くん、祐一さん(杉田)とご飯食べました！
コロッケ、肉じゃが、から揚げなどおいしかったです！
次はEastBourneの予選に出ます。
今週末の土曜日からになると思います。

私は、復帰前の状況、復帰戦からの２ヶ月近く
と、この２ヶ月を思うと、
夢のように感じています。
米国本土でのレベルの高いチャレンジで、
急速に復調し、２週連続で優勝！！
大変なことでしたし、
ローランドギャロスでの初勝利、
私たちの期待は沸騰し、圭さんもどこかで、
一気に結果を求めていたのではないかと
思います。
でも、一年を超えるリハビリでは、完全復調には
当然にかかる時間があると思いますし、
圭さんの目標はもっと高いとろこに。
この間のブログに込められた圭さんの
思いを素直に拝見すると、
芝にも順応し、次への飛躍の準備が
できてきていると確信しています。
是非、あせらず気持ちを落ち着けて、
着実に、でも、しっかりと前に進んで下さい。
楽しみに、見守らせていただきます！！！

いつもいつも上手くはいかないと思うけれど、自分で何が課題なのか分かっている負け方ならよかったのではと思います。

まだ復帰してからそれほどたくさんの公式戦をしているわけではないのだから、焦らずに頑張って！まだまだ時間はたっぷりあるのだから。
自分の精神面のコントロールはテニスではとても大事なことだと思いますが、圭くんはそれが上手に出来ているように見えます。それもその若さで！
自信は試合数と練習に応じて自然に戻ってくるはず。

今日の（というか最近の）ブログのコメントは頼もしくて、「トップの選手に勝っていける日が必ず来る」と思わずにはいられません。少しずつでも、負け試合からでも何かを得てるなぁ～。いいぞ～、頑張れ！
ガスケ戦は、パソコン開いてライブビデオ見ながら応援するつもりが、ついつい寝てしまいました。申し訳ない！！！
EastBourne～ウインブルドンは必ず目をぱっちり開けて応援しますので、がんばってください。

大相撲では、負けて覚える相撲かなっていう言葉があります。
今日の敗戦は必ず明日の勝利につながります。
圭君は間違いなく日本人離れした才能の持ち主ですし、それを伸ばせるとてもいい環境にいると思います。ただ今は発展途上なだけです。
怪我からの復帰後すぐチャレンジャーで２連勝！その直後幸運もあって出場したGSの初戦で大逆転勝利！並みの選手にできることではありません。だからこそウィンブルドンもWCを与えてくれたのだと思います。
ガスケも元々はトップ１０の選手ですし、いろいろあってランキング落ちていて、全仏も初戦敗退で今は必死でしょう。そういう相手がするテニスを経験できたということです。
負けて覚えるテニスかな、負けて覚える芝かなです。

ガスケ戦に負けたのが相当悔しかったのだろうと察します。
負けたことより、大事なポイントを全部取られてしまったことと自分のテニスがそのポイントで出来なかったのが自信喪失になりかけていると思います。1ポイントでも取っていれば逆転もあり得たのでは…
今は悔しいけれど、強い相手は確実に大事なポイントを取るということです。
これには自分を信じて自分のテニスをやり続けながら経験を積み重ねていくことだと思います。そうしながらポイントの精度を上げていくことだと思います。相手も必死でポイントを取りに来ているわけだから簡単ではない。
次のEast Bourneでは自分を信じたゲームをして次のウィンブルドンにつなげてください。ウィンブルドンでの活躍を楽しみにしていますよ。圭君ならきっとやってくれると思います。

「すごいヤツが出てきた」というメッセージを感じ取りました。
ポイントを稼ぎつつ、圭くんのテニスも確立させていくのは
ほんとに精神的にもしんどくて大変だと思います。
頑張りすぎて、潰れてしまわないように
疲れた時は「あー！疲れた！休憩！！」と、心も休ませてあげて下さいね。
圭くんが思い描く楽しいテニスができますように！

僕はいつも君を信じている。
でも、やはり、君が負けるのを見るのは辛い。
君も辛かったんだ。気持ちの混乱を収拾するのに
多少の時間が必要だった。それにしてもすばやい圭君の
立ち直りは、ぼくも見習わなくてはならない。
僕自身の仕事はいわば負け続けで、先行きは真っ暗かも
しれない、客観的には。どんなにもがいても、観客のいない
孤独な舞台での独り相撲だから、せいぜい自分の敗戦で
辛い思いをするのは家族ぐらいだ。しかし老いても
一家の長として家族を自分の敗戦の犠牲者にするわけには
いかない。圭君、僕は勝つまで戦い続けます。
君の活躍は私にとっては他のどんなニュースよりも
僕を活気付けてくれる。Eastbouneでの、そして
ウィンブルドンでの活躍を楽しみにしています。

復帰後間もないですから、焦らずに、今後たくさん試合を
して、揺るがない自信を持てるようになると良いですね。

● ところで、再度、ローランガロス（RG）での活躍ありがとう！

敢えて、圭くんへのアドバイスをすれば：
● まだ、圭くんは回復、復帰途上にあり、ガスケのようなトップ１０クラス（２００７年７位、RGでも４位のマレーから２セットを勝ち取った）のガスケに（かなり徹底的にでも）負けるのは当たり前。そこで、「自信云々」を言うのは時期尚早。５年早い。５年後に使う言葉です。
● 現在は、一戦ごとの勝敗に一喜一憂する段階ではない。負けから、自分の弱点を見つけ、どうすれば相手に勝てるかを探る。そして、自分の「基本技」に磨きをかける。それに磨きがかかれば、今負けている相手にでも１年後、２年後、３年後には勝てる「確率」が高くなる。
● スウェーデンのソダーリンクの去年のRGでの対フェデラー敗戦のビデオと今年の勝利のビデオを比較して見ると、一目瞭然でした。フェデラーがどうのこうのよりも、ソダーリンクのプレーがこの一年で判然と強化、進化していたのです。ストロークの強さと正確さの向上などでしょう。女子でも過去低ランキングだったのに、最近上位にきているプレヤーは基本技を大きく向上させていると言えるではないでしょうか。ディメンチエワしかり、ストーサーしかり。かつては、杉山愛さんの方がストーサーに対戦成績で優っていたそうです。
● つまり、今の自分との比較で、向上、進化を続けていけば、１，２，３年後に相手に勝てる確率が高まるのでしょう。杉山愛さんもGS大会で永く続けられたのも、自分の技や体力の改善を追求し続けたからだという趣旨のことを、WOWOWのAi’s Adademyの最終回で述べていました。
● 圭さん、自分の改善点が見つけられなくなったら、「自信が云々」ということを言ってもいいと思います。それまでは、ひたすら、改善、強化、進化に邁進してください。そのプロセスを楽しんでください。それが、杉山愛さんのモットーでもある「遊戯三昧（ゆげざんまい）」に通じると思います。

ちょっと気になってしまったんですが、なんで５つくらい年上の添田選手には”添田くん”で1コ上の杉田選手には”祐一さん”なんですか？関係が気になります笑
イースト・ボーンの予選からの出場、ウィンブルドンへの
意気込みが伝わります。練習だけでは、生きた球は感じられないかも
しれませんし。試合でこそ感覚がつかめるものなのでしょうか。
ガスケ戦では、ずいぶんバックに攻められていたので
圭君のフォアを警戒していたのでしょうね。
ここぞという時の強さは「経験」という自信が武器になってるのかな。。
圭君は相手を圧倒できるたくさんのショットを持ちあわせているから
Topプレーヤーに成りえる人だと信じています。
どう展開するか、どう集中するかどんな試合をやってくれるのか、
今後がとっても楽しみです。

怪我したときも思いましたが、もしかしたら
圭くんご自身よりも（！）、周りの方々や私たちファンは圭くんのことを信じてます。
単純な勝ち負けではなく、圭くんのテニスが好きでそのテニスの力を信じています。
ウィンブルドンのＷＣ獲得（オメデトウ！）等テニス関係者の評価も高いと私は思います。
圭くんの内なる自信は、もしかしたら、試合を重ねることで自分のテニスの力に気付き、強化されるものなのかもしれないと思います。

ガスケ戦は残念でしたね。
負けた事よりも納得いく内容でなかった事が悔しかったみたいですね。
でも、最近の錦織選手は、とても自分の事を冷静に分析していますよね。一歩外から自分の事を客観的に観察しているような。。
それに、久しぶりに試合を映像で見る事ができたのですが、顔つきも2年前とは全然違って、びっくりしました！もちろん育ち盛りで、成長しているのだから変わって当たり前ですが、内面の強さが顔に出ているなあ、と思いました。男前が上がったというか、とても頼もしく感じましたよ！
自分で気がついているとは思いますが、この1年の頑張りのおかげでしょうね。錦織選手の顔を見ていると、ああ、この人は大丈夫だ。きっと目標を達成するだろうな、と思いました。
これからも成長して活躍する姿を見れる事を楽しみにしています！

私も試合で負けた日は超～～落ち込むもんね～。それが、プロともなると100倍だろうね～。お察しします。
けど、次への決意もそれ以上だね！！
今回も、書いて消してって、心の動きまで見える素直なコメント感心しましたが、君のブログはファンからのコメントもめちゃくちゃ面白いね。アイドル的にラブな若い子ばっかりかと思ってたら（また、勝手な妄想、すみません）水前寺清子って！・・・最高！！地球の反対側でチーターの歌詞見てる錦織圭ってすごい＾＾
他にも、熱く語ってくれる人、私も含め自分の生活に君をかさねてる人、君から何かを感じて自分の生活にフィードバックさせてる。応援して応援されてる関係。老若男女、世界中で一生懸命暮らしてる人が、君の試合の時間に手を止める。
君は一人ではない。一歩進んで二歩下がっても。

下部リーグで戦い未だ本戦復帰したばかりです。なのでそんなに落込む必要はありません。これが１昨年の全米の状態で負けていれば気持ちは分かりますが・・・。ガスケとの試合は２回目ですか？前回の試合後のコメントと比較すると今回錦織選手が成長している様子が良く分かりました。だから何も考え込む必要はありません。ガスケは業師なので駆引きや勝負どころで一日の長があって当たり前です。過去の試合を振り返っても戻ってきません。早く気持ちを切替えて新しい気持ちで次の試合に備えて下さい。エベレストの頂上をしっかり見据えて一歩一歩着実に登って下さい。頂上を征服するのには用意周到な準備が必要です。急がず焦らず大事なのは自分の目指すテニスを確実にコート上で表現できる実力を備えていくことです。ふぁいとふぁいと！！リラックスリラックス！！応援しています。Ｓ．Ａ
自信を持つには
１００パーセント全てをテニスに賭けて誰にも負けないだけの練習と準備をやった。強くなろうとする気持ちやそのための努力は誰にも負けない。怪我に対する普段のケアも含めてこれだけ全てを注いでできないわけはないという境地までやる。
それしかないのでは？
特に、身長や体格が他の選手より勝るといえない選手が世界のトップに立とうと思うのであれば、そういった部分が鍵となるのではないかと思います。
マラソンで金メダルをとった野口選手も同じようなことをいってました。エナンなども同じような気がしますね。引退のときの発言などを聞いていると彼女が１位を取りキープするためにどこまで追い込んで練習をしていたのか、という気にさせられます。

今回、所用によりガスケ戦の観戦が出来なかったのですが、試合内容を詳しく解説しているサイトで情報収集しました。ファンの皆さんは、今回の試合でさらなる可能性を錦織さんに感じたそうですよ。

はじめまして、錦織選手と同じイニシャルのKeisukeです！
ガスケとの試合は動画配信サイトから生でチェックしました。バックハンドは強烈でしたね。
「ガスケは特にバックが危険な武器だが、Nishikoriはそのバックを、あまりにもたくさん打たせてしまっている」
とEurosportの解説が何度も連呼していました（実際に第１セットは８割ほどバックだった）。確かに見ていて、バックのほうが音は強烈で、フォアのほうが苦手なのかなと感じました。
それと試合を見ていて、大事なポイントをなかなかとれないのは、ジョコビッチの試合もそうだったと思います。
この大事なポイントを取る力は、試合経験を積み重ねて初めてつくものでしょう。１か月前の優勝したチャレンジャー（昨日テレビで見ました）からすごく調子が上がっていますが、トップ選手と互角に戦うまでは、もう少し時間がかかるかなという印象があります。
なので、しばらくは同じような負け方が続いてしまうのかなと感じます（ウィンブルドンも？）。
でも、その負けなしには、上にはいけませんよね。「大事なポイントを取る力は、試合経験を積み重ねて初めてつくもの」なので、負けないと力はつかないわけですから。
だから、負けたからといってめげることはないと思います。負けないと上に上がれないわけですから。負けは必要な負けですね。
しかし、逆にこの力がついたら、非常に恐ろしい選手に成長しそうです 笑
やはりこの何年かテレビで見ていてそのショットは奇想天外といっていい驚きのショット、そこが面白いからワイルドカードをたくさんもらえる、さらにはそこが強いから、たくさんの選手が期待しているのでしょう。
実際のところ、大事なポイントで取ることができれば、ジョコビッチ選手にもすんなりと勝てるのではないかという気がします。そういう意味では世界ランキング、２，３位に行っても何ら不思議ではないということですね。
だから今の負けは、将来の快進撃に必ずつながると思います。たとえ今後負け続けても。

圭くんの場合はツアーレベルというより世界のトップレベルと言った方がよいのかもしれませんね、負けた相手がジョコビッチ選手とガスケ選手ですから。
もちろん負けて当たり前とか負けてもよいなんて全く思っていないですよ。
圭くんの試合を応援する時は、勝利を信じて私も最後まで一緒に闘いますから。
だから悔しい気持ちは解ります(-.-;)
でも結果はあくまで結果･･･その事実をしっかり受け止めた上で、今はその過程から多くを吸収し、経験値を上げていくことの方が大事なのではないかなぁと思います。
落ち込んでいてはもっていないです(^_-)
せっかく強い相手と対戦する場をGET出来たのですから、実際に試合をしていく中で、トップ選手としての技術や体力＆精神力を作り上げていってもらいたいです。
圭くんは客観的に自分のプレーを観る力をすごく持っていると思うので、どうして主導権が握れなかったのか、逆に相手はどうして大事なポイントを取れていたのか、どこが自分と違っていたのか･･･なんてことを具体的に分析し、次の対戦ではこうしてみようとか、どんどん自分の中に課題を見つけてTRYしていって欲しいです。
どんどん殻を破って、自分を壊して、失敗を繰り返しながら前に進んで行ってください(^O^)／
かっこ悪いところをさらけ出せる人の方が魅力的だし、本当に強い人なのだと思います。

ウィンブルドン出場おめでとうございます． 二年前のウィンブルドン大会見に行きましたが あいにくロンドン行きの汽車が三時間立ち往生しケイさんの試合は 見れませんでした。 残念でしたが そのかわり杉山愛ちゃんの応援に三日間 近くのＢ＆Ｂから 通いました。テレビでみるのと違って 生で見るのは迫力満点 興奮しました。 芝が綺麗で 独特の雰囲気がありますね！
試合試合の連戦ですが がんばってくださいね。 いつか又、イギリスまで応援にいきたいですが、しばらくは日本から 拍手を送ります。

全仏クレーコートから、芝のコートへと、テニスの性質が
全く異なり、芝のコートに慣れるのに、時間がかかるとは思いますが、
錦織選手の芝のコートでの晴れ舞台、wowowで応援しています！！
全仏の相手、世界ランク５８位？の相手も、かなり手ごわい相手だった
ですね。第３セットタイブレークまでは、さすが、世界ランク５８位
という良いショットを打っていましたが、
錦織さんが、最終的に、それを上回りましたね。
２回戦のジョコビッチ戦も、良い経験になったのではないでしょうか？
ガスケはフランスの天才プレーヤーで、相手にとって不足はなく、
試合結果よりも、試合内容やプロセスが重要ですし、
グランドスラムの本番で良いプレーが出来れば良いのですから、
本番で頑張って下さい！！
添田さん、タツマさん、杉田さん、貴男さんの頑張りも観たいですし、

調子の良さそうな時は、よかったね～☆てブログ見てますが、辛そうな時は、やっぱり声かけたくなります。テニス詳しくないので、皆さんみたいに上手く励ますこと出来ませんが…。

正直、心配してしまいます。大丈夫と思いますが。

クエン酸は2－3時間に1回摂るのが理想的です。短時間のうちにエネルギー回路を回復するためには、甘いものよりも効果があります。大量を一度にではなく、小分けにして、何度も補給するのが効果的です。
酸っぱいものは苦手ですか？ クエン酸そのものがあれば一番いいと思いますが、酸っぱいフルーツやジュースでも大丈夫と思います。
お寿司だけでなく、是非、お魚料理、食べてくださいね。

違うサーフェスで予選からの試合数を考えると・・英断で
すね。肘かなと思ってどきどきしましたよ～

Hi all, - discovered this internet page by pure luck while roaming across the net this afternoon, and pleased that i did! I like the structure and tones, but I have to say that I'm having issues when it loads. I'm using Lynxlet 7.1 internet browser for mac, and the menu bit wouldn't align nicely. i am pretty sure I've applied precisely the same layout on a customer's web site, but the menu seems all straight on mine. I have an idea the error is with my outdated browser and maybe it's the perfect time to switch!

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.
