フロリダ
フロリダに戻ってきて練習を始めています。
しかし暑すぎて今はまだ暑さに慣れるとこからです。
今日で練習は2日やりましたけどまだまだ暑さに慣れるには
時間がかかりそうです。
初日にランニングだけしたんですけど20分で肺がやられてしまいました。笑
日本もそうだと思いますけど暑さと湿気でムンムンしてます。
家出た瞬間からむわーっときて練習中の汗の量も尋常じゃないです。
あとこっちは雷がすごいです！！
地球がパカッて割れちゃうんじゃないかと心配になるぐらい音や光がでかいです。
今はトレーニング重視の日々を送っています。
次の大会(Atlanta)までに体を鍛えなおして
テニスの技術もまた見直して
万全の状態でのぞめるようにします。
試合を早くしたい気持ちはありますが体を強くすることがまずは1番の課題なので
しっかりとやっていきたいと思います。
テニス面での課題はけっこう簡単なとこにあります。
でも時にはとても遠くに感じることもあります。
そこが直ってくれば上の選手とも戦えると思います。
自分ではちゃんと理解してるので時間の問題だと思います。と言い聞かせてるのかな。
いつかはなんとかなるでしょう。

これからATPの大会にチャレンジされるんですよね。しっかり体を作って、上を目指して頑張ってください。USオープンでのBigUpsetを期待しています。
「千里の道も一歩から」ですね。基本のトレーニングを積んで、ハードな試合に耐えうる身体を作って、最終ゴールを目指して下さいね。応援しています！

フロリダも湿気が多いのですか！湿気に弱い私としては、夏バテになる前に、梅雨バテになっています。次のAtlanta楽しみにしていますね！！！また面白い写真も楽しみにしていますよ。
「いつかはなんとかなるでしょう」そういうところがとっても良いと思います。悩んだところで仕方ない、一歩一歩確実にバージョンアップですね。次の試合も楽しみです！！！

いろいろと考えることがたくさんあって大変そうですが、生き生きとしていますね。

圭選手 こんにちは！ 体をきたえなおす！大事なことですねえ～。 ナダルとの 試合でひと回りもふた回りも違ってみえましたもの‥ あんなに違うと チカラは勿論のこと、持続力や 回復力 いろんな点で有利なんじゃないかと思います☆ まあ～ナダル程じゃなくとも、強くてしなやかな身体作成に
頑張ってください。圭選手は 怪我から復帰して間もないのに テニスが 見違えるようになってました！！！ 次の試合、次次々∞ と一歩ずつでも いい試合が出来ますように期待してます。

数年前にオーランドで経験しました。
あれは、本当に、迫力あった・・。

いや、実際は知りませんよ、あなたみたいな人の簡単なところなんて。
でもね、簡単なところにあるんです。難しいことは簡単なところにある！
そしてその簡単なことを、本当に成し遂げられる人はすごいんです！
簡単なことは、簡単にはできない！
そして、あなたにはできる。必ずできる！ あ～、うらやましいなぁ。

テニスは試合時間が長い、もっともっと体を鍛えよう、メンタルも！！！

こちらは、昨日PCの前に大人２人で２時間粘り、
楽天オープンのチケットを取りました。
こんな作業もワクワクです。
地道な練習が続くと思いますが、体を大事にしてください。
ウインブルドンはフェデラーが負けた事に
びっくりしてますが、ナダルは勝ち上がって
ますね・・
基礎トレーニング重視の練習でしょうか・・
体幹を鍛えて、故障の少ない身体に仕上げて
試合に臨んでくださいね。
今月中頃に、近くで佐藤直子さんのクリニックが
あって参加してきます。
おいらも今年初めに肩の手術をしてリハビリと筋トレ
の日々ですが、何とかボールを打てるようになって
来たところなので、このクリニックは楽しみです。
暑い中、トレーニングお疲れさまです。
今日から7月。今年も半分が過ぎましたね。
リハビリを乗り越え、グランドスラムに復帰した圭くん。
楽しんでプレーする姿を観れて、本当に嬉しかったです!!

年がら年中、錦織クンのテニスでワクワクしてたいので
じっくりと基礎を作ってください！

観戦できるのはベスト８以降、ヨロシク（笑）
久々のＩＭＧアカデミーでの練習風景をアップロードして頂いてありがとうございます。私にとっても、第２の故郷なので気が休まります。やはり、錦織くんはニック・ボルテリーのセンターコートが似合いますね！次のアトランタは、サラソタ空港から１時間半と移動に近くて良かったですね。たいてい、日本からＩＭＧアカデミーに向かう際は、デルタ航空アトランタ経由のサラソタ空港着ですもんね。帰りは、早朝６時の早い便か１０時３０分の遅い便になります。この時期のフロリダは、雷をよく目にして夜の空は芸術的です。スコールに当たる時も多いんじゃないですかね。懐かしい話で、私がアダルトプログラム用のクレーコートで練習していた時に、ドーム側から大きい雨の音を立てながら豪雨が押し寄せて来た事がありました。生徒やコーチ達が、「来るんじゃないか！」と話していた際に、カーテンのように一気にきました。いっせいに、モハメッドの掛け声でクラブハウスに猛ダッシュです。ちょっとの距離でもビショビショです（笑）。だいぶフロリダの気候も暑くなってきてるので、コキーナビーチやアンナマリアビーチ、マナティーパブリックビーチで遊ぶ時は、サンクリームを忘れずに塗ってください。日本のように日焼けの範囲ではなく、フロリダでは火傷してしまいますからね。９０゜Ｆ超えるとかなり暑いですよね。では、ＩＭＧアカデミーでの練習頑張って下さい。

うだるような暑さの中でのトレーニング大変ですが、
ひとつひとつ課題をこなしていった先に結果がでる
って本当実感します。
圭君の闘いぶりにいつも努力の成果が見られるのが
嬉しいです。私も頑張らなくっちゃ！！
アトランタの大会はもちろん、全米も楽しみにして
ま～す。あっ楽天杯もね！！チケット取りました！
身体を鍛える。いいですね。
まだ２０歳、圭君の身体はまだ発展途上です。しっかり鍛えて、強い身体をつくりましょう。
専門的なことは良く解りませんが、技術的にはやはりfirst
service の精度を上げるのが大事なように思います。圭君はブレイク
するのは得意ですから、service game をキープできれば、もうすぐ
トップ１０で対等にやれる気がします。
まあ、まだ若いのですから焦る必要はありませんが、しっかり自分の
才能を開花させてください。日本中の期待を担って大変でしょうが、負けずに頑張ってください。楽しみにしています。
アメリカにお帰りなさい！フロリダ、暑そうね。あたしはアメリカでも乾燥地帯に住んでるので、フロリダの気候、想像できません:P ムシムシに負けず、頑張ってねー。圭くんの表現が好きです。地球がパカッて割れちゃうところを想像して笑っちゃいました。アトランタ、楽しみにしてます！

雷も凄そう･･･私、雷は結構大丈夫なほうで、よく稲光をみて楽しんだりしているのですが、フロリダにいたらそんな悠長なことは言ってられなそうですねf^_^;
そんな中で、圭くんがひたむきに目の前の課題に取り組んでいる姿が目に浮かびます。
しっかり自分と向き合い、前に進んでいる様子が伝わってきて、とっても嬉しいです(●^o^●)
すごく地に足がついている感じが伝わってきます(^.^)
圭くんが取り組んでいる課題を克服できれば、必ずトップ選手に勝てるようになります(o^-’)b

だいちゃんさんの言われるように、確かににんにくはお勧めですよね。にんにくの有効成分含有量は、第2位の野菜の2倍近くあったはずです。生搾り汁を数滴ペットボトルの水に入れているだけでも、体質強化につながるとか、前読んだことがあります。
圭君、
そういえば、フロリダからホームステイで来てた人と1年間同居したことありました。フロリダ、蒸し暑いのは日本に負けないくらいだって、言ってました。
にしても、肺がやられるって？ ちょっと怖いですね。
「簡単なこと」というのは、たいていは遺伝子とか性格とか、いわゆる持って生れたところに依存しています。簡単だけど今まで変えることがなかったのは、気が付いていなかったからでもあるだろうけれど、やはり、それが一番快適だったからで、その人の本質に根差しているものだからです。
簡単なことを変えるということは、実際は生活感覚、生命感覚を変えるということで、それを無意識のうちにも習慣化して、以前快適だった動きをやめて、新しい動きを快適に、いつでも自然に、どんなピンチの時でも普通にできるようにするのは、本当はすごく大変なことだと思います。
それを変化させるには、自分の決意も必要だし、日常の細かいことにも配慮が必要だろうし、時間も必要だし、何よりも環境的にも協力してもらえることが必須であり、油断していると元に戻ってしまいやすいことだと思うんです。
簡単なことを変えるということは、本当に偉大なことだと思います。
圭君は、とても偉大なことに取り組んでいます。
そして、それはできます。
圭君がやろうと思っているから。
誰もが抱くけれど、誰でもは成し遂げられない夢を、叶えることができるところに圭君はいます。だから、それは、圭君にしかできません。
写真入のメール有り難うございます。リラックスしたフォーム良いですね！！それにしても暑そうですねフロリダは。湿度が高いとは思いませんでした。湿度は体だけでなく気持ちの湿らすので嫌ですね。体を鍛えなおすプランには大賛成です。全英のナダルを観ていて感心するのはショットよりもどんなに追い込まれた状態でもバランスを崩さず相手に厳しいボールを返球出来ることです。それを支えているのはトレーニングの賜物だと思います。彼は一体どんなトレーニングを課しているのか一度体験したいですがほんの少しだけで小生の体が壊れると思いますが。やはり体幹あってのテニスです。先ず体を鍛えればサーブ、ストローク、ネットプレイにそして相手のプレイにと幅広く余裕が出てくると思います。スピードテニスの今一度体を一回り大きくして下さい。応援しています。Ｓ．Ａ

私も昨日テニスの練習しました。湿度がすごくて、シャワー浴びたかのような汗の量でした。私も汗かきなのでｗ周りの人にすごいよって言われました。
ここんとこフォアがダメで、ボールがフォアに来ると恐怖でしたが、雨が続いて、2週間テニスから離れていたら、素直にフォアのボールが打てるようになっていました。
打てないっていう思い込みもあったのかもしれません。
少し離れてみると分かる事ってあるのかも。
でもプロの世界はそんなことはないのでしょうねｗｗ
そんな生半可な技術じゃプロにはなってないですもんね。
トレーニングがんばってくださいね～（＾＾）。

日本でも暑いからといってカーエアコンを効かせすぎると、車から降りた時にくもるんですよ...メガネが...。前が見えなくなって困ります 笑
夏バテしないように、練習後はたくさん食べて、ぐっすり寝てください。
雷の音と光はさすがにアメリカ、スケールがでっかい！

フィジカル以外のテニス面ではどんな課題を持っているのか興味がありますが、やっぱ企業秘密でしょうか？
いずれにせよ課題を持って練習、トレーニングに取り組むのはすごく良いことですね。そうそう、自分に言い聞かせていれば（＝いつも意識していれば）なんとかなりますよ！ 早々にクリアできると思います。
クリアした頃には一段上の新たな課題が生まれたりして....。

厳しい気候の中、練習に忙しいなかブログUPしてくれて、ありがとうございます。
去年の今頃のブログを読み返してみたら、ちょうど肘の検査を受けたあたりでした。去年からは想像もできないような回復＆躍進ですね！怪我を乗り越えて、心技体ともにレベルUPしたことを、言葉の端々から感じられて嬉しいです。
昨日友人達とウィンブルドンの決勝をテレビで観戦してて、「プレイスメントは絶対ベルディヒより錦織(呼び捨てごめんなさい)の方が上手い！」ってみんなで言ってたんです＾＾
これからの更なる進化、楽しみにしてます！

次の試合で圭のテニスができますように、
全米で・・・、そうそう、ジャパンオープンで生圭の試合を近くで応援できますように、ううん、一番の願いは圭の肘が大丈夫で思うプレイができることです！！
毎日暑い中たいへんでしょうが、美味しいものちゃんと食べて
たまには、夜空の星 見たりしてね。でわ、またね。

いつの間にか日本に、そして今日はもうアメリカへ戻られるとか。ニュースでKeiえっ！！でしたよ。日本人のトレーナーと契約されたとか、しっかりケアして試合勝ち進んで下さい！！
フロリダでのトレーニングは暑そうですが、今後もがんばってください。
少しアップの間隔を空けて、ブログ以外のことをしてくださっているようなので、若干、ほっとしています。時期的に、そうされるのがいいような気がしていました。

昔の観戦記を読んでいた。（勝手に書いている…凄すぎてだれにも読ませられない）
今の試合で、幸せ？ みたいな…。
昔、デュースとか、さっさと放って相手にくれてやって、次のゲームで元取るとか、そういう選択してた。
今、デュースにこだわる。結構ボロボロになるまで取り返しに行くじゃない？ それって、どうなん？ 期待に応えてくれるための選択？ それとも、自分で選んだ選択？ ファンとして、責任感じるのは間違い？ 気迫が充実していてやれる時には、それはいいけど、無理な時もあると思うのに、無理でも、無理しいしい、デュース取りに行く。
考えすぎなんかな？ 素人だからそういうこと考えるんだと思う？ そうならそれでいいんだけど。圭君の方がずっと、テニスを知っているから。
ジャンプして、エアケイ打ち込んで、同じ球数でも、相手の何倍も体力使うような打ち方して、いっこデュース合戦取るのにへとへとになって、それで、最後まで試合するの。試合長引くと不利になる。昔はそういう計算が働いて、体力温存から、デュース合戦は相手にくれてやっていた。と、昔の試合を解釈している。
今は、何かが違う。デュースは必ず追っかける。気迫はいいけど、体力は、気迫とは別にきちんと消費されていくし、体力損失は次の試合にひびく。
以下は、納豆を食べてもらうようにお願いした日のBinghampton優勝後の観戦記の一部。
８．１９夜
それ以前にも、身体を厭えとメッセージを送りたかったが、今日までの現状に、送るべき言葉としては余りにも状況に水をさす言葉と思われ、何を以って語るべきかを思いあぐねていた。
今、気持ちばかりが前を向いて大きく前進し、身体上の弱点が見えなくなったままで、グランドスラムに予選から立ち向かうことに、身体的に勝算があるわけがない。
故障してなお進む意欲に衰えのない戦士、そしてこれを迎え撃つ強大な勢力グランドスラム！ そのことを漠然と考えていた深夜、双方のプラグが繋がった！
｢圭の体が粉々になる！｣ 震撼した。
チャレンジャー11セットで、すでに肩の故障。それをテーピングでカバーして、チャレンジャーをはるかに凌ぐ何十セットもの激務をこなせと言えば、それがどういうことを意味するか、分からないのはあまりにも、盲目であるとしか言いようがない。
彼が今日に至るまで、守りのテニスで来たのには訳があると悟らざるを得ない。すなわち、その身体の弱さが、彼をして守りの姿勢をもって勝つテニスを自然に選び取らせていた訳であって、それは、彼のメンタルやら、問題点ではなく、彼の身体的現実にとってはまさに正攻法であったと言える。
今回、精神的飛躍に漕ぎ付けたとは、言うはたやすいが、実際には深刻な身体状況に気づかず、無茶な体格で無茶な勝ち方をさせることを求めていたようなものだ。逆から見れば、11setでこのレベルの肩の不良が発覚したことは、ラッキーな方だ。これ以上たくさんのsetでは優勝に差し障るほどの事故になり、set数が少なかったり、相手が弱すぎて試合の負担が少なければ、発覚しないところで終っていたかもしれない。そしてUSOpenで大事故となる。
すでに火のついた車（ケイ）に、これから解体修理（休んで体作り）をしてそののち発進せよとは、どんな意味を持つ言葉か？ できるというのか？ できるわけがない。しかし、実質上本当はどちらを選ぶべきかといえば、修理してから発進する方が正しいのだ。修理もせず発進して大破したなら…。
